The hotel is lovely, stylish and open, I remember thinking whoever designed it put some thought into it, from the drinking glasses to the bamboo lights, these small touches add to this hotels charm. On arrival we were greeted warmly, bags were carried and doors were opened. The second room had the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in, I want to buy one of those mattresses! The aircon was quite and effective, the bathroom was nice and clean with all the expected toiletries included. The internet is great and doesnt matter where in the hotel you are. The gym is really impressive, it has everything from jump ropes, punching bags to free weights and treadmills. However the most impressive thing about our stay were the staff, I'm used to good service whenever I stay in the Philippines, but One Manalo staff are just the very best people ive had the pleasure to encounter. I had to get some of the staff members named just so you can provide them with some feedback. To start Michael on the front desk, you greet your guests in a very friendly warm way, you present yourself smartly and I got the impression you care about what you are doing, very well done to you. I also appreciated your help regarding the password for the wifi. Next person I must mention was the lovely Jacqui (I think that was her name I apologies if im wrong) in the restaurant. again the welcome and attention to detail are seriously world class, greeted quickly and with a lovely smile, nothing was too much trouble, even when she was busy with the other guests, she always checked up on our table, making sure we had coffee, water, juice. She even understood the little tagalog I know, quite flattering. You do an exceptional job, I hope you continue.

Our first room had twin beds which I didn't like, a quick call to the front desk had us transferred, the views are quite poor but it is central so this can be forgiven and isnt in the hotels control. Just an observation. The restaurant wasn't open for evening meal, not a huge deal as loads of places close by to get food.

My boyfriend And I had a fantastic time at Manolo Place. The room is very comfortable. Jackie and Jacque from the breakfast room are super special. They welcome us every morning with beautiful smiles and are very attentive to the details of our breakfast. Both are super hard-working, and the restaurant is immaculate because they constantly clean around. Impeccable! The entire team are super hard working and attentive to details and to give a smooth vacation to everybody. We stay only for eight nights. Unfortunately, we love to stay more.

The only negative note is that the restaurant was closed, which is very sad because we could not have any sandwiches or snacks while we relaxed near the pool.

Clean. Comfy. Good location. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Breakfast was simple but nice (couple of traditional options and a couple of American options but enough!) Breakfast and airport transfer included!

Booking a tour via the hotel was expensive in comparison to what others paid. But ease of booking at the hotel must be considered. Aircon was quite loud but it was very powerful and changed the temp of the room in a short time so did not need to keep it on for long periods of time.

The people at the front desk and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. They recommended places to eat. The massage store beside the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was amazing. I typical Philippino breakfast was awesome. Lovely, relaxing pool area.

The lounge chairs around the pool were modern looking but not comfortable. There was also no shade near the pool.

Staff were super friendly and attentive and tried to help us with anything we needed. Pool area is really comfortable and nice. Got a decent amount of great pool chairs with cushions. There's at least 3 good restaurants nearby ( < 1min walk) so you're sorted for food. There is also a karaoke bar and a kind of a bar with pool and live music in the hotel complex which is pretty good.

They only do breakfast.. No lunch, dinner or bar to get any food/snacks or drinks at all. The AC is reaaally loud in the room, it makes such a loud noise and there is no way to keep it down without turning it off (which would make you sweat a lot during the night). This was a bit of a problem to fall asleep with the AC turned on.

The staff were all pleasant and welcoming. Room was clean. Buffett was not available but a la carte menu was offered, and it was good. Decent portion, good coffee. Attentive staff. Pool was clean, though didn't use it. The hotel provided free transportation to the airport. Overall, an excellent value and a great experience. Will definitely stay again when in Puerto Princesa.

I like the comfortable room and the pool. Breakfast was okay.

There is a nightclub right next to the property. Unfortunately, they play loud music until 02:00 which prevented me from getting a good night's sleep after all the beaching daily. After two nights, I sourced earplugs and slept better. This could be an issue for folks sensitive to loud noises at night followed by relentless dog bark next door early in the morning.

The staff is very helpful and was great even when we checked in past 11 pm! The beds are comfortable and the property is centrally located and very close to the airport and have free shuttles too.

The shower was a bit weird. The water pressure was extremely low. The breakfast was not a buffet and the lady seemed terribly understaffed. It'd be nice to serve up proper breakfast or give the guests a heads up on the food.

Nice hotel. Recently renovated and spotlessly clean. Room was an excellent value. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone was super friendly and eager to please. I was especially impressed with the breakfast attendant, Jackie. Very attentive and nice as can be. The walking definition of excellent customer service. To start your day being fussed over and treated royally sets a positive tone for the whole day. It did for me.

You have to keep the drapes closed as the outside terrace is a communal passage with no view.

I liked that it has the lux club below and that it’s a good location. not far from the centre and is a convenient pickup location for hotel transfers

the breakfast was a let down. no buffet nor does it have a variety of options to choose from. everything was empty and no fruit at all was served during our entire stay.
