I like the room and beddings.
1. The staff who sent the food to our room did not put the food on a tray and they did not even put spoon and fork on our order. We had to call them to bring us the utensils. 2. There was no rug or mattress in the room, we had to ask for it. 3. Room 207’s faucet is leaking. 4. There are cockroaches inside the room. 5. No slippers and tissue within the bedroom. 6. They did not provide soap or liquid soap. 7. No more ordering of food after 9pm. 8. No water dispenser is around, you need to ask for hot water on the canteen if you need it. 9. Interns and staff are noisy. They are laughing out loud. 10. When you share your comments one of the evening staffs justified that the management sucks and the owner is not taking feedback’s at all. She even ignore the request of employees to add more people as they lack man power. 11. There is no lifeguard on the pool even after one guest died in the past because of drowning. There is no emergency tool you can use to save a drowning person in the pool, for example a rope or a torpedo with a rope. It’s already 23rd century, some hotels like Grand 29 should level up their customer service and process. Their should be a good system in place and each staff has to be trained in order for them to serve professionally.
