Everything!!! The cabana was wonderful as well as the staff. The food was exceptional and prices can’t be beat! I tried many menu offerings and every bite was truly divine, it was extremely impressive for a boutique resort with 1 restaurant. I will certainly be visiting again but for a longer stay hopefully.
The property was amazing. The location, landscaping, ambiance, staff, rooms and restaurant were all top notch! The outdoor shower didn’t work but with everything being so wonderful, I didn’t mind.

The Resort is beautiful and not crowded
Staff does not respond in a timely manner. For any questions response will be after at least 2 days. Restroom in 2 and 3 smells so bad. Hillside Casita does not have a nice view. Resort should also landscape Hillside Casita view and put some chairs like the front of the Cabanas. No resort map is available so I cant imagine the layout when i booked

Watching the sunset. The open air cinema was a good idea although I did not watch the movie. The staff service was really good.
I don't like the bathroom. It was not very friendly to seniors. The breakfast should have more variety on a daily basis so you don't get tired having the same food if you stay for more than one night. There wasn't much to do during the day when the sun gets to be very hot.

The way the staff at reception ( Ms Cris)made my daughter's birthday special is commendable.She thoughtfully decorated the room with birthday greetings and balloons which made my daughter's day.Also the food at the restaurant is amazingly good- The chef puts in so much of effort to make the meals customed to one's taste-Overall the staff is excellent at making guests feel pampered for the vacation.

The beach was really nice. Convenient to access. The restaurant was great. Hanging out amd relaxing in the resort was good to. It was nice there was a play area for the kids at the restaurant so we could eat while they play

Everything was excellent
Going back too the resort from Sipalay there is a sign that says, Punta Bulata beach & Spa. I turned left to follow the sign. That road is the worst road in the world too drive on. There are more. Holes very narrow. Please take the sign down for your customer safety.

Really nice place. The rooms are spacious. The staff members are friendly, hospitable, and really helpful. The pool has superb views especially at sunset. The food is good and reasonably priced. The massage is also great and really relaxing.
The resort is hard to get to especially if one doesn't have their own transportation. There was also no wifi when I stayed there (though this doesn't always mean a bad thing :D).

Property was lovely however the Wi-Fi was locked throughout the night from 10pm and there was no Avalon or staff to help but security. Lovely stay but wouldn’t be better to have walked films ect on the tv throughout the night

Food was top quality & amazing as was the staff.
Having to leave. I would like to see the beachfront worked on to preserve the shore & the property which is in jeopardy due to the ever changing climate & weather patterns.

Excellent staff, Great breakfast, Nice pool.
Internet was spotty, but no way a deal breaker because this place is kinda remote. They had satellite TV which worked great.
