Really comfortable room with a nice view overlooking the town.. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it... Good choice of cable channels... The staff were outstanding...from the reception staff to the cleaners and last but not least the restaurant staff..all were genuine friendly and helpful.They were always smiling and eager to serve. The hotel is in a great position right next to Robinsons. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and plentiful.Worth the money

Nothing really

The Hotel staff here are beyond anything that I could ask for when staying at a Hotel. The location is amazing, the shuttle to the airport only cost me 400, and the fast walk to the mall was very useful.

The other people staying at the hotel. They would block the hallway with items and chairs to take pictures for weddings and other things, making it very hard for my pregnant wife to walk by, and they did not care at all. It is like they owned the floor and were not considerate of other guests. I understand weddings are amazing events; however, the lack of consideration is the only issue. Since it related to other guests and not the hotel. It did not affect my rating.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was right next to the main shopping mall which really suited me. I was not after an adventure holiday, I was just wanting to get way to relax in someplace new. I didn't venture far from the hotel or the mall. So for me it met all my expectations. The staff were very courteous particularly the kitchen staff. (Both the guys and the girls). I would definitely stay here again.

Can't think of anything.... it was all good. It's not a 5 star hotel.... so I didn't have '5 star expectations'. I was happy with everything - especially the hardworking, conscientious and friendly staff - thank you for making my stay enjoyable.

Everything minus the unexpected add ons

We had an online booking which shows the amount of 3900 something, when we got to the reception, it has gone up to P4612.00 real quick. The receptionist was trying to 3xplain that booking.com did not try to reflect the tax and other hidden charges. I think it is a rip off, what reflects in the online booking should be the same when paid at the reception. I have been checking in to hotels and this is the first time I have encountered such discrepancy. Please look into it

Comfy bed, sizeable room, and smooth check-in process. The property is within the mall area and also has its own restaurant. Serviceable as well for food deliveries like FoodPanda and Grab. Airport transfer was quickly organized.

We were only given one roll of toilet paper but housekeeping was quick enough to send us another 2 rolls. Just wish they'll pay attention to this small detail. Additionally, soundproofing is slightly poor. Can hear the other guests who were in their respective rooms.

The hotel is just across Robinson's mall, convenient for shopping and dining. No need for a taxi ride😀

The parking space was not enough for all their guest specially if there is a booked event on the said hotel. Though the guard instructed us to find parking in Robinson's 2nd -3rd level parking area, of which very inconvenient for the hotel customers. The sink faucet was a bit dysfunctional.

Big room, big bed, clean and close to the mall

Rooms don’t have complimentary toothbrush, tooth paste, slippers etc ready. you have to ask for it. shower floor very slippery and dangerous. you need to wear slipper when using the shower.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The room was very comfortable and staff were always polite and went out of there way to to make our stay more satisfying

The room had quite a number of loose floor tiles which I did not expect from this hotel. Coffee was provided but no milk? Washbasin had to be repaired which I feel should have been prior to our arrival

the.beds are so comfy i would love to sleep all day.The lighting fixtures. The water heater..the complimentary coffee and drinking water available at the hallway..also shampoo and liquid soaps are a saviour when you forgot to bring your own

Wifi connection is poor at the time..only 1 floor mat available in the bathroom.

I love the location coz it's just walking distance going to the mall...I love the bathroom as well & good thing they have a hair dryer,hot shower & the ac is functioning well unlike other hotels...I just hope they have a pitcher of water for boiling in their heater whenever you want to make a coffee coz the 2 free bottled water isn't enough though...the guard is friendly & courteous,thanks for taking our pics during our stay there☺️the pool is child friendly too coz it's not that deep...

What I didn't like about the hotel is it's a bit pricey,price should have a free breakfast included to make the customers happy & just consider it as a freebie😉other than that,I can say our stay is unforgettable...
