Great location. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but near enough the main highway for access to restaurants.

Parking is tricky since it’s parallel parking with one ingress egress

I liked how easy it was to find the place. The room and bathroom was clean. We got room 6 and it felt very homey with the wood floors and window. I wish we brought our dogs for this trip! The place has a nice common area + balcony for breakfast but we were just there for an overnight trip and were not able to maximize the place.

Not the property but the subdivision where the property is located is very run down and not kept well. Me and my partner took a morning walk around the place and saw that it needed some upkeep. The property itself was great! Love the fresh look! Breakfast needs to be improved though. The corned beef I got wasn’t well cooked.

the water heater from the family room is not functioning well, should be fixed or replaced.

The big space it provides for the family to walk inside the rooms and the location is very near the restaurants and coffee shops. I lovw the common room outside the 2nd floor

For older guest they cannot go upstairs for room 8, its a good coincidence that we also booked 1 room for 2 that is located outside the hotel near the garage. The cr ventilation is limited for room 1 . Limited breakfast choices, we stayed for 3 days. Please add sound proofers for the flooring, when kids run and jump you can hear them in each room. Footsteps sometimes we also cant control them :)

Staff is very accommodating and give us our requests and needs. Room is also spacious for us. Breakfast is also delicious and serve with coffee. View outside is good and could view Taal from the road. This place is also near main road so its easy to go there.

Room don't have any window to view outside, we really need to go out to know what's the weather outside. Room that we stayed have also weird partition and we heard scratches also on our room ceiling. Wi-fi is sometimes losing connection.

The rooms are very clean! Pets are welcome!!! The breakfast is great! but would be perfect if there will be daing na bangus to complete the breakfast menu! haha :P The view from the patio is great! Even the garden plants are well-maintained. All of the staff were very kind, they have assisted our needs immediately. It seems like they are very well trained thus deserves an increase, for they are Jacob's hills' ASSET. My fourth time to stay here since July 2021 and will always be the place to stay!!

Good place to stay. Location is quiet. Location is convenient. Free breakfast and unli coffee is good. Friendly staff.

WiFi doesn't cover all the area and not that strong in certain areas. We have to get outside our room to connect to WiFi. Parking is inconvenient, you have to ask for other cars parked to move to make way for you. Location is downhill and really steep, you have to be careful driving down. Unli coffee is served in the morning only not anytime of the day.

The location gives you a sense of privacy and exclusivity. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The ambience at the property is very relaxing.

At the time of our stay, internet services were down due to a recent typhoon. The tv was dependent on the WiFi. We tried to use data and hotspot from our phones, but there was a poor signal. Hopefully, internet will be restored in our future stays.

The AC is placed high up... Very difficult to turn on/off and adjust temperature Door lock is difficult to operate Two cars only parking inside the premises very inconvenient if you're parked in front as you have to move out if the car inside needs to go out. (Though, you can also park in front of the property - 2 car slots)

Good location, kind staff specially to Ate (I forgot her name) she allowed us to stay in their lounge area for a couple of hours because my husband was working online. It was a big +... Kudos to Ate. The breakfast was good and the unli coffee was great. And also museo orlina was just walking distance. Wrong timing for me because they're closed on Mondays.
