Customer service is superb . Staff are always on the smile , polite , well mannered . They always greet the guests . Location is good since it is between 2 malls . They let us check in early and even gave us the room in the top floor , which is awesome . Though view on the room is not quite you expect , not overlooking taal lake but that is okay. Breakfast is good also , do suggest to have it as buffet but overall the 3 breakfast sets that is included on the free breakfast is quite good. Overall , we did have a pleasant stay .

The room was very nice and the location was good too. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The parking and there were no bellboy to help us with our things going to the room. Parking was full, so we had to park outside, and it was a rainy day.. What i didn't like most was the check in time, which i think for me is very late. The bed is quite small, i was informed that it was supposed to be a king size but it was just a large double bed.

Good points: - easy check-in - nice swimming pool; lifeguard is always present - friendly and helpful staff (request granted for extra pillows; they helped us move our things when we transferred rooms) - water dispenser is available on our floor - these are available in the twin and suite room: kettle, mini-ref, mugs, drinking glasses, plastic water tumbler maybe 1L in size - Grab/Foodpanda is allowed - close to the Fora Mall

Okay but can still be improved: - 101% cleanliness - clothesline inside the bathroom would be great (for wet swimwear) or a hook for the towels (in the suite room)

- Standard sized room - Water dispenser available in all floors (refillable water) - Direct access to Fora Mall at the lobby (though the mall doesn't have much shops, but has Watsons, 7/11, grocery, and a few choices where you can eat or buy take out food) - Full body mirror - Rain shower - Many electric sockets all over the room (for charging cellphones and other gadgets) - Breakfast serving is ok even though it is plated (good enough to make you full) - Internet connection

- Main door is hard to open (we call it "maganit" in Tagalog), and will need a full force every time you need to open it (stayed at Room 402) - Small basic bathroom, shower area is ok but the bathroom door is going against the toilet when opened - May need to add additional towel/clothes rack in the bathroom - Bidet water pressure

Bed is super comfy. Good location near Fora Mall and Ayala Mall. Staff is very nice and helpful.

No curtains and the glass doors are not tinted. Need more privacy even if we are in 10th floor. Roller blinds are not enough to block out light (especially if you want to sleep in during the day). In our unit, one of the roller blinds is crooked. Also, noisy neighborhood. We can hear music blasting from the houses below.

Accommodating and friendly staff; cleanliness of facilities; amenities in the room and good internet connection; competence of the staff on their job. Good food.

Chaos at the lobby during peak hours of check in and out- not enough safety protocols can be observed due to inadequate space of the front desk lobby since it is near the cafeteria and entrance going to the elevator. Despite the room is very comfortable the bed is too high for average height of local travellers to easily sit or lie down; the room has no brochures or info available to read although you can scan the QR code. Need a lot of improvement of services at the cafeteria but the food is good.

Location is right by the mall/s & Tagaytay rotonda. The staff are very pleasant & ambiance is relaxing. Tried a pastry at the cafe and it was good. Enough parking space.

The coffee powder in the room was really bad. Coffee + White Sugar + Creamer tasted so bad, it was sour na. We didn’t drink it. Forgot to report it sa reception because we were in a hurry. Parang old stock pa ng coffee powder yun. The review here ng breakfast was super low so we decided not to order. Also checked photos online & parang hindi nga worth it sa price ang sineserve nila na plated set. The CR was tight then the room has a blank space, could’ve been used for a bigger bathroom. I requested for a higher floor room & facing a view. Didn’t get both. But okay lang. Hehehe!

The place was located right beside a mall and near to the usually visited restaurants and spots in Tagaytay. They have ample parking space as well. The room is nice and well equipped. The bed is super comfortable and soft. The massage service was amazing.

The cr was just a little cramped up in space especially for the toilet area and the bidet was too hard to press. However, the shower area was spacious enough. Also, since we were just on the 3rd floor, the street noise like cars and barking dogs can really be heard. So there are times when I woke up because of that.

Compact room very well presented. Very comfortable bed and great air con. On our first night we had a problem of barking dogs keeping us awake. We asked if we could be moved to a different room. We were given a suite due to the inconvenience. The breakfast was served to you and of the highest quality, coffee was outstanding. A great stay.

There is no facility to have an alcoholic drink in the cafe/lobby. No real problem but we just felt like a beer after a long day sightseeing. Apparently you could get one through room service
