I had a fantastic stay! The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and efficient no long waits or confusion, just quick and friendly service. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. You can tell they pay attention to the little details, which I really appreciated. The amenities what's I love the most for me everything was well-organized and easy to access. The service was also excellent. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely kind. It’s clear that guest comfort is a priority here, and that really came through in the way the team carried themselves throughout my stay.All in all, this was a great experience. Smooth process, a cozy and clean room, and great service. I’d definitely return and would happily recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-run place to stay.

Overall, Summit Ridge Tagaytay exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Tagaytay. Renovations in the room were evident. Both bedroom and bathroom were clean. Parking in the venue was easy, with immediate access to nearby restaurants and supermarket. Location is excellent since it's near the lake and had cool weather. We arrived before lunch and we were allowed to already check in, which was greatly appreciated.

Upon check-in, several amenities which we were usually accustomed to (based on previous bookings) were missing. Notable ones include room slippers and bottled water. Wifi was spotty early in the day but luckily, it was eventually fixed. The main door was hard to open and had to be opened in a certain way. Finally, the shower door won't shut so you had to constantly hold it while taking a bath.

The location was perfect and in close proximity to dining areas, the beds were super comfortable, the only issue we had was the noise of the road can be heard from our room like a loud speaker even though we were already at the 9th floor (highest room). The glass walls were not sealed properly.. but the staff tried to fix it by putting a cloth and tape. For the price I paid (20k for 2 nights), i would expect it to be quiet and tranquil.

I booked a suit because of the full kitchen they promised but there was no kitchen real kitchen, they cut the stove,no pots, can not cook at all, door locks has problems esp in the terrace, toilet has leak,and very poor hot water supply

Room provided was clean. Hotel is walkable to the nearest supermarket and some restaurants. A water dispenser was available at our floor. The view from the room is what sells the stay. Value for money if you're looking for a room with a view but not too expensive.

Wi-fi from the room fluctuates from time to time. The pillows on the bed could have been more snug for better sleep. Noise from the next room can easily be heard especially at night.

This is our first time staying here, and we also brought our family here. The view from our room is spectacular, and the beds are so comfy. Our room is big, and we have a microwave and dinner table. We also have free breakfast.

The toilet smells like a drainage. They should have an air freshener inside or anything aromatic to cover the smell.

The staff. Customer service was superb from the front desk to the Food and Beverage servers, one of the best customer service I experienced!

The sink was clogged and did not get addressed while we were there. Some of the rooms were old and the rooms seemed like it wasn’t prepared before the guest arrive because they were missing towels, also the phone was not working in my original room. But it was not a big deal because they transferred us to another room. Please check rooms before assigning them to customers.

The view was unmatched! With a view from our balcony and one outside our door. The foyer and cafe were definitely beautiful and a great first impression.

The beds could be a bit better and the room itself was lacking appearance - the channels on TV were not what was on the channel guide.

Our overall stay is great. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bed and linens are so comfy. The staffs are very welcoming and accommodating. They are very helpful and attentive to our needs. Sure to book here again for another holiday to relax with family.
