The staff were super friendly and they arranged transport for us, scooter hire and transfers inbetween the port & nothing was ever too much for them and they made our stay extra lovely! The facilities were great! The room was spacious and very comfortable and the pool area was very relaxing :)

I think breakfast could be better, maybe if there’s options for guests to choose from as the regular breakfast didn’t have many options.

It was relaxing. Rooms were big with good AC. Helpfull staff and a beautiful pool! The roomservice prices were well priced!

The walls can be relatively thin between rooms. Luckily they moved us when the neighbors were having a loud party. The hotel is also a bit further away from anything to do so taking a tricycle/toktok is a must.

I liked that the staffs are very attentive, the fact that it's away from the roads make the stay as peaceful and quiet as I wanted it to be.

I feel bad I booked at a time where they were getring the pool treated so it wasn't open yet. Also, I get hungry at around dawn and I couldn't get anything delivered or go out to go to the 24hr fastfood place because the gates close before 12 mn.

It’s stylish and modern boutique hotel , cosy and comfortable in the Dao district close to Tagbiliran so not far to travel . The rooms are clean and comfortable with good aircon and large bathroom . The room was equipped with large fridge , kettle and microwave while the 24/7 reception could be contacted to provide extra aids such as ice , cutlery etc . There was room service until about 11 pm every night and they provided good and cheap meals such as pizzas and some Filipino dishes

Nothing . They had a facilities management led approach to the building repairing small wear and tare defects such as loose floor tiles . The pool was cleaned twice daily . In terms of the surrounding environment the local government were improving the roads and drainage and there seemed to be moves to upgrade the broadband as I saw vans coming and going in the area .

Hotel Gabriella was our home for a week. The location is very convenient and easy access to the highway, ICM Malls, and restaurants. Rooms are CLEAN! Relaxing in terms of quietness (you don’t hear any noise from cars/trucks passing by the streets. Staff at the reception desk were friendly and approachable.

Suggestion/room for improvement: The hotel needs a more secure and bigger parking space; opening the trunk of the vehicle (SUV) to unload stuff is not safe because either the front or back end of the vehicle would obstruct the street from passing vehicles. They also need a person to assist with parking. I would suggest having a visible security guard especially at night; they have CCTV but it does not apprehend or prevent crime from occurring unless there is an operator monitoring the CCTV 24/7. CCTV is only a tool to aid an investigation after an undesirable incident occurred.

Breakfast were very good, the pool was nice . The staff was rapid to help us when needed. The size of the room was great. The location is a bit out of any good spot but it was very quiet.

Wifi is unreliable, (we have lost connexion nore than once for 30 minutes or more) so do not go there if you think working remotely. There is no cornerstore nearby, so make your provisions before if you do not rent a car ... At the bar, they sell regular bottles of beer (330 ml) but you cannot buy only a single glass of whisky , you have to buy the whole bottle....

The place is quite and clean. The staff from the reception to the restaurant all are polite. As a hotelier, I saw how professional the reception from seeing our family of 4. She upgraded us to bigger room which for us the not necessary but she insisted. I appreciated it. It's a professional way of taking care your guest. At the restaurant during breakfast, it was served with pancake but he still asked if we need rice. The sense of taking initiative.

Since the room we got doesn't have a bidet, the front desk upgraded our room to a Executive suite. It was huge and have a nice view from the terrace overlooking the pool. The beds are comfy and the airconditioning is good. (They said they are upgrading the toilets and will soon have bidet in all rooms)

again issues with transportation. either it’s free or it’s not free. there it was free…but only one way???? you have to chose between coming or going. but they tell you that when you get there….booking needs to check if free means free, or free one way or not free. if you advertise free…it should be free both ways

the quiet location ….free courtesy car journey to next destination would have been picked up from airport but didn’t notice their contact until after we had already left. requested a chilled bottle of wine in our room which the management duly obliged….although it was not a very nice Pinot Noir 😊
