We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and it was beautiful. There was a very friendly atmosphere among the staff. A convenient location made it easy to explore local attractions and amenities. At breakfast, the waiter offered each guest a choice of three types of omelettes. The rest of the food was available at the table buffet. Also, the front desk was open 24 hours a day, so we were able to check in late at night

I think the mattress was too soft. It sags too much and doesn't support the body enough. A stiffer, more supportive mattress is more comfortable in my opinion.

The breakfast was typical cold cut meats, cheeses, and pastries. The apartment room was very elegant. The staff were very accommodating. The bartenders were great. The hotel restaurant had delicious entrees.

I did take notice that the bathroom of my room could have been cleaned better. Mildew was spotted on the shower heads; both shower stall and tub.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic, and the exceptional care for guests was evident in every aspect. The perfect convenient location made it easy for me to get around, and the friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the thermostatic faucet in the bathroom shower was a nice touch that showed the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. The on-site restaurant was also very pleasant and added to my overall positive experience.

The only suggestion I have is to add a hook near the washbasin. It would be a small but useful addition that would make it easier to keep the area organized. Nonetheless, this did not significantly impact my stay and I still had a great experience.

Wonderful hotel! Big rooms. Very good location. Aldi and Rossmann stores across the read. Lidl store and Rywal shopping mall 10 minutes on foot. Also bus station nearby. Very hearty breakfast and great restaurant in the hotel with good prices.

Maybe the bed is too soft for me. Otherwise I don't have any complains.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay - central location, clean room, nice and tasty breakfast. We will choose this hotel again for sure when back to the Biała Podlaska

Kind a friendly personell. The hotel is located very close to the city centre and the hotel restaurant is good.

WiFi in the 3rd floor is not working

Breakfast was excellent - everything made to order. Rooms are new, beds very comfortable; well equipped bathroom. The staff at Skala hotel is VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I wish some big cities could have the same attitude towards guests. Great job Skala Hotel!

They don’t have air conditioning and they should change carpets in apartment. I don’t know about the other rooms.

Lovely room very clean and pleasant. Very good location as there's just walking distance from a town centre. Highly recommended.
