My wife and I were so pleased with the dinner service - the two ladies serving us were super efficient, friendly, faultless. Dinner was very well made and tasty - compliments to the chef! Excellent location in the heart of Bialka Tatranska and very close to Terma Bania, the main point of our visit. There is the meeting point in the adjacent car park for the offroad buggy tours if that's your thing. Looks really good. All the facilities were great. Supermarket next door and toursist shops. Our room included a balcony with good views.

I was little concerned about parking my car at the front and in the adjacent parking - parking in front is for the restaurant, but nothing to worry about in the end. Seems very safe everywhere and people there to relax.

Super location, right next door to small supermarket , exceptionally clean, warm and comfortable beds , very friendly staff , plenty on offer for breakfast

Very dated could be doing with decor revamped, bath robes and slippers would be appreciated for the sauna jacuzzi

The room and the hotel in general were very clean and the lady at the reception was warm and friendly. The pool and the spa area were clean and we enjoyed using the facilities. The breakfast was great, and the hotel restaurant had delicious food. Overall a great stay.

We had some trouble with the shower and warm water

Breakfast was not too diverse but good enough for keeping you full while skiing. Big parking lot, The room was huge with a cute balcony, room service was great as well as the reception crew, especially one worker in the reception, unfortunately I can't recall his name but he was a young blond guy, spoke very well in English and helped us in anything we need with a big smile, he told me that he's new at the place, if its possible to say a huge thank you from us we will be glad.

The outdoor pool was out of order.

Nicely located, next to a supermarket, close to ski lift and thermal bath. Facilities are great, nicely decorated restaurants with delicious local food. Jacuzzi in the basement. Room was super clean with sufficient size. The balcony facing the snowy mountains, spectacular view!

The hotel is fantastic, we had room 113 and it has luxury carpet and it measures about 40sqm. Furniture is of high standard. The breakfast is served with local food and very tasty.

Dinner is only possible until 1800, which is a bit odd. The spa is small and the cold shower and the steam cabin where out of service. But the sauna cabin is of good temperature.

Perfect hotel for families. Family rooms, indoor and outside playgroung, two whirpools. Outside pool is heated. During our staying 31 degrees. You only need to go out of the hotel. Swimming pool is next to it bu you need to go out. Very good and ritcg breakfast.

Sometimes it was hard to understand. Not everyone speaks english. Miss on the reception does not speak english at all when we came so we did not get any information. We could found out everything but it is nice when you get doke information during "welcome talk".

Nice hotel with lots of amenities as described. Late Check-In without problems, spacious room, comfy beds. Just a few minutes walk to the kotelnica slopes, shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful receptionist.

The hotel offers a lunch menu, but you have to let them know in advance. Would have been great if someone told us earlier. Also, the hotel (bar, restaurant) closes at 10 pm.

I very appreciated our stay, we spent there Easter 2022 thursday-monday: - got comfortable room with bathroom for disabled people (but that was no problem at all) - matterasses comfortable - linen very clean - we came after check in hours, middnight. personal leave for us complete dinner - it was a service what we did not expect - good equipped premisses - wellness area without extra charge - buffet food was delisious, wide range for breakfast and 2 meals for dinner. - church 200m - nice staff (maybe little more english would be fine) but no problem at all - we had a very quite time, what we appreciated very much….but is center of village, I suppose during the peak season is crowdy as reataurants are around. but was not our experience - windows sealed very well from outside noise

- two bed only touched together ( was little unconfortable, as we spent a couple time) but not a problem at all

Amazing staff who looked after us very well. Particularly Charles who spoke good English and arranged lots of activities for us and was always helpful and cheerful. Wonderful breakfast. Easy parking. easy walk to skiing but too far for ski boots so we drove.

The rooms were cleaned every day but could have been tidied better.
