Everything! A modern small hotel that fully matches 4*. Attention to details and comfort of guests. We were pleasantly surprized to feel like we were staying in Radisson or Mariott level hotel. Absolutely great value for money! And private parking is free! We liked the open dining area at night a lot! We came to the hotel very late but got a chance to enjoy tea and a cake for free in the restaurant. That was very nice!

We were on transit, so location didn’t matter much to us. But others may find it far from touristic places. However, I would still recommend it.

Very large room and the bathroom, breakfast was exceptional with very large selection of food, delicious coffe avaliable 24/7 (including cake). Staff is amazing, especially the owner of the hotel, very helpful (even helping in the kitchen), super friendly. The room was super clean and fresh. Free quick WiFi, plenty of car park spaces. Unfortunately we've spent only one, but it was very pleasant.

I only stayed here for a short night as I had to leave for the airport early the next morning. The rooms are generously furnished. The staff was very friendly and even offered to make a coffee before I left. The wellness area is small but pleasant. After a while, the water collected in the shower. A water squeegee would be helpful here.

After a time in the jacuzzi, my eyes started to sting, so I had to get out.

clean , quite a big rooms , room service very good , and very huge advantage is a lot of parking space that belongs to the hotel and parking it’s free

to be honest there is not much to don’t like about the property , the only thing I can think of is a shower head that was to hight for my GF and was no rain shower head

Lovely hotel close to Katowice. Hotel is in a quiet location and it is very good place where you can sleep well. There was even a jacuzzi and sauna but we did not use it this time. Beds are very comfortable, all rooms decorated in stile. There was a complimentary water in room, complimentary lemonade in a hall and free coffee to take away in the restaurant:. Wonderful place!

I felt very comfortable there. The room was spacious, it was quiet both outside and inside the hotel, the staff were great - provided very detailed instructions on everything, and even offered a coffee for the trip during check-out. Breakfast included some lactose-free choices.

Parking was a bit cramped, but as I understand they are expanding it. It would be great to have some English-speaking channels on the TV.

Spacious room, comfortable additional beds for children, very clean. Breakfast was of wide choice.

We had two toilets, but in one of them sink was not hermetic, so we could not use it. Wi-fi not usable, very poor signal. Double bed was made of two single beds put together, but it was felt even with single matress- I fell in to the moddle all night.

Good location for transit. There were everything what You needed for a night. The parking place was near the hotel, restaurant was open until 10 pm. We have to leave 5 am and they gave us a pack with breakfest. It was very nice.

The room had very strong smell of cleaning agent.

Very nice, brand new hotel with modern amenities and very comfortable. The room was huge. Breakfast was delicious.

Lighting in the room and bathroom was very dim - we were there for a wedding and it was a bit difficult to put on makeup etc! There could have been a sofa or armchair added in the room - there is more than enough space.

Surprisingly great value to price, great room (big, comfortable, perfectly clean), great restaurant with delicious food, very kind, helpful staff. Sauna and jacuzzi were a great addition too.
