Great location, very nice garden; clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for the money.

With the sloped ceiling in the bathroom, it was slightly difficult to take a shower ;) - no power sockets at all anywhere near the beds/night stands.

I was there for a weekend workshop located in the hotel. Lovely place located close to Gdańsk Zoo and Oliwa Park. Friendly staff and very good breakfast Its a great place if you’re looking for a quiet time away

A bit far from the center I don’t recommend this place for workshops, the room is just next to reception / separated with glass door, so there is no privacy... also very poor lunch (I was still hungry after it) but delicious in the same time.. ;)

I had really great experience staying in this hotel. It was the rare case I wanted to use bath tube, as it was very clean and tidy. Room facilities were in a good shape, breakfast was nice as well. Hotel team helped to resolve all questions I had and were very helpful and kind. Thank you a lot.

Everything! Location is perfect for a zoo day out, just 5 minute walk from main entrance. Loads of parks around, few steps away from a lake, close to shops, tram, busses etc. Very clean rooms, soft towels, comfy bed. One difference from other hotels- has a bathtub! Great food for inclusive breakfast, beautiful garden and playground for kids. Even has little indoor play area to keep kids happy while adults are enjoying breakfast.

Could be more options for kids during breakfast menu, such as waffles or pancakes.

Beautiful hotel, great location surrounded by forests and next to a gorgeous lake. Very picturesque with the snow. Very friendly staff. Clean, warm rooms and a lovely breakfast. Near the zoo, cafes and shops. Will be returning next month and highly recommend.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, near the Zoo. Nice restaurant garden.

No air condition in the rooms, old curtains on windows. It could be noisy if the rooms windows are to the main road.

The room was nice, clean, everything was good there. Breakfast was great, delicious. We also had dinner in the hotel, that was also excellent

We had room with windows to a very frequent road (also at night), so we could' t open the windows even if it was hot. There was no air condition in the room...

The breakfast was tasty and everyone was very helpful with anything needed.

The window shades were not dark enough, but that's probably just our sensitivity to it.

Tasty breakfast in a beautiful outdoor countryview, all people around are very polite and helpful, a good, clean room.

Windows of the room were looking on the road, some cigarette smell from outside. Teakettle was a bit smelling of cheap plastik.

Very good location, not far from Gdańsk Airport. Friendly and kind staff. We couldn’t eat breakfast due to the early flight but we got goodie bags instead. Appreciated.
