I definitely liked the location, it's very close to the old town, only a 10 min walk to the railway station. The room was large enough. The interior style of the hotel matches the exterior (could be a bit more modern though, but still with taste). I loved the restaurant in the hotel -- great presentation of the meals and they tasted great as well. The price at the restaurant is above average, so be prepared to pay it.

I absolutely didn't like the breakfast. It's mediocre and absolutely not worth so much money that they ask for it.

Check-in was fast, the room was spacious and very clean. And the breakfast was very good too, even the restaurant was nice and cozy.

We were in business double room, the only discomfort feature was one big blanket instead of two separate blankets. Mattress was also shared but high quality. However the experience was worsened by using cheap cover which felt like plastic bag under bed sheet.

There is a lot of history in this hotel and area. So, I am not impartial because my father was born in Gliwice, and I can still sense the past, when the street, where the hotel is, was not called Zwycięstwa, but Wilhelmstraße while the hotel was called Haus Oberschlesien. You still get a feel for it today. The hotel is very nice and very clean. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed a few beers at the bar. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. In fact, all the staff was very nice. Poland has become a very modern country. But it has been able to preserve its past. This hotel does the same. I'd like to thank the staff for a very pleasant experience. I had a good time there before traveling on to war-torn Ukraine. I'll be back.

Breakfast was fine - nice variety. The 'hot dishes' weren't hot - barely warm, so this for sure could be improved. Croissants felt like they were not fresh (from the day before).

In general it was very nice stay. In the night it was very loud since it's next to the main street, so had to keep windows closed. If you like to have windows open, try to request for the room on the other side of building.

We very much liked the location and the general appearance of the hotel.

What we did not like so much was that despite the above average price we paid (unfortunately we booked non-refundable very long in advance and later the hotel was several hundred zl cheaper) the hotel room was not cleaned in between nights.

Nice lobby and restaurant, friendly and helpful reception, quiet atmosphere of a well-established hotel. Clean rooms.

The style of the furniture and general design is very much out of date, although it does have certain charm.

The rooms were very well prepared, the staff were very helpful and the location was perfect close to restaurants and the city center.

I think it was a bit pricey they could reduce just a bit considering all other hotels nearby,s price range.

Bed could be bigger, but it is still very comfortable.

Comfortable bed and pillows, clean and surprisingly quiet, hotel being on the main road. Great breakfast, I had all my meals at the hotel as the food was fantastic. The staff was lovely, very helpful, professional. This will be my chosen hotel if I have to come back to Gliwice.
