Since it was our honeymoon the hotel gave ua an upgrade of the room and little gift at the apartment. It was really nice and sweet gestuee. Breakfast was delicious! We also went to the ala carte reataurant at 4th floor and the food was also very good. All employees was very friendly and helpful. Basen was open from 9 until 21 very clean and relaxing area. Since we were there outside the main season it was not that croweded and that was really good plus to our vacation. Private beach very close to the hotel, again since it was not main season there was not any chairs but we didnt mind.

The hotel is of a very high standard. We stayed in the studio and it was quite spacious, modern and very comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfy. Our balcony overlooked the forest and the sea, and it was lovely to wake up to a beautiful view. The staff at the front-desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The pool was decent sized and had an area for children. We also used the SPA, which was very relaxing. The choice of breakfast buffet was exceptional. We've also had a meal in the Floor 4 restaurant and it was very tasty. The staff there, again, was very friendly and looked after us well.

Nothing comes to mind. Everything was perfect.

Great selection of food for breakfast and dinner, our kids (age 10, 7 and 5) had a great time in the pool and with the animators. The hotel has a private beach and offers sport activities for adult. The weather was not great but we had a wonderful time in this hotel. Despite the peak season the place did not feel packed.

Very good hotel, 1 minute walk from the beach! I have stayed here before and the quality is still high! Good breakfast, parking, location, rooms, staff. Got upgraded for free to a large apartment room!

The room was great! however I believe the bathroom requires the vent to be checked. The bathroom was not getting aired properly and it was smelling when we got to our room.

The hotel is perfectly located. It offers exceptional breakfasts, which can be enjoyed on the beautiful terrace located in the garden. The hotel has two restaurants, the second of which is on the top floor and also has a large terrace with several tables. The staff at the reception is very friendly. However, the staff at the spa and in the restaurants is clearly seasonal, lacking the knowledge and training to take care of guests adequate to the hotel's price level. We had two unforeseen situations and both times the staff was unable to respond with natural empathy, sensitivity and willingness to help. Fortunately, a manager was quickly in the area to serve us in a manner that exceeded expectations and made us feel very welcome.

At least two of the employees we encountered were clearly seasonal workers with no training in the skills one would expect in a hotel of this category.

Amazing location right on the beach with rooms looking out over the forest. Top notch breakfast, pool, kids playroom, and staff to engage kids with fun activities. Highly recommended for families.

Make sure to check which room you're getting. Some of the rooms face the courtyard, which can feel claustrophobic and dark. We were able to switch our room.

The hotel was perfect. The Spa facilities are excellent and not too busy first thing. Easy walk to beach, town and railway station. Very good breakfast too
