The rowdy revellers outside on the corner in the park. Just one night. Not a hotel issue. The location is great for access to train 🚉, CityCenter, parks. Not too far from the white sand beach and trails. Actually, I liked everything!

The hotel met our expectations. Very pleasant location, close to the beach and the town centre. Friendly staff. The room was generally clean, comfortable, nice view from the window and Balcony. I personally also enjoyed breakfast as there was really nice choice of food. We also used gym once.

The swimming pool seems to be small for so many people coming. We have tried evening meals buffet once, but were quite sad about poor selection of food.

- We booked a cot with extra payment and we didn't get it when we arrived. The sofa wasn't prepared but the personal reacted very fast and professional. - No AC but there was a ventilator. It was really hot, although for us it wasn't a problem. - no Ventilation in the bathrooms/toilets

The hotel is fine, everything you would need was presented to us. The reception was informative and friendly to answer all our questions. There were two restaurants at the hotel building. The breakfast was good, a standard hotel breakfast with a variety of selections. At this time of the year we were among Germans and few Scandinavian tourists, mostly elderly. The pool was good, with steam and Finnish saunas. Wi-Fi connection was good.

Good hotel with a good location and friendly staff. The room is generally clean, comfortable, nice view from the window. I also enjoyed the spa, soothing and relaxing atmosphere. Dinner at Sublima Restaurant and breakfast at the hotel were delicious.

The hair dryer is very noisy and hot.. Everything else is fine!

The location was great. Close to train station and not far from main pier. Staff were very friendly and the place was clean. Balcony offered a decent view.

Pillows were very flat. TV was the size of my phone screen and there was no way of unplugging the sink in the bathroom. Also the elevators took forever to arrive so most of the time we used the stairs.

The location was superb, rooms were tidy and breakfasts were pretty much VFM.

The room could have few more facilities - an electric cattle could have been amazing.

not much to improve, the hotel seems to be popular with coach tourism, so the spa facilities as well as the restaurant facilities could get a bit crowded at times. The rooms are quiet and clean.

This is an excellent hotel!!! I really liked it a lot. Absolutely excellent value for money. The hotel has everything to suit all tastes and interests and ages. Location could not be better. Balcony was brill! Staff were lovely! I can fully recommend staying here. There is a swimming pool, spa treatment facilities (Neither of which I saw or used). I really can't fault this hotel. If I ever return to Kołobrzeg, I will be making a beeline for this hotel!
