Great place to relax and rest, everything you need is available on the spot. Amazing spa with dry and steam sauna, swimmng pool, jacuzzi. On the roof is also a small heating swimming pool with sunbeds. But what was absolutely the best - food!! Delicious ! Huge variety almost every day, (we had half-board), all meals were tasty and we always found something for us.

Two things - if we pay more for dinner it would be nice to get something more to drink than water and tea. That's a so lame that you have to pay for juice or coffy during the dinner but when the breakfast is served, you have even fresh orange juice for free, not mentioned about coffe,hot chocolate, different types of juice all for free. That was really weak.. - price of parking. Many empty parking slots show that parking is too expensive. Plenty of guests decided to leave their cars in front of the building where parking was for free. In the underground parking maybe 10-15% of all parking places where occupited (at the begining of July!). If someone from the management ladder will be read that, maybe its worth thining twice 😉

Hotel has many amenities - spa, fitness, infinity pool, kids club and play room. But the one we liked the most was the Aquapark. It is not very big, but during our stay it was never crowded. It has 3 slides (2 indoor and 1 outdoor), jacuzzis, saunas, couple of pools. During our stay the weather wasn't too good so we used the Aquapark a lot. The breakfast has everything which would be expected from hotel in this price range. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. There is a large free parking next to the hotel, so using underground paid parking is not neccessary.

The Aquapark is free only for 1 hr/day. However additional hour is only around 18 PLN (3.5 EUR). There are rail tracks nearby, but the trains go there rarely and do not go there at night (at least they did not go during our stay).

We felt excellently taken care of, staying at this resort. Amazing unobrtrusive service, room very tastefully furnished, with lots of natural light, very comfy bed and pleasant toiletries. We loved the spa area, pools, saunas and water slides. Even though there were many families with kids staying by the pool, there was still plenlty of space to find a quiet spot to chill with a book. Breakfast was definitely a highlight, such a rich selection of great quality savoury breakfast dishes, waffles, fresh fruit and smoothies. Massive shout out to the morning FOH team, they were really accommodating with a few requests we had! All in all a very relaxing stay. Definitely coming back again.

Breakfast was very varied, everybody can find something tasty. The location, although not too close to the center, is very nice, about 400m from the sea coast and 3 km to the pier (molo).

Wi-Fi is not secured and not stable on each device, e.g., a fire stick could not get a stable enough connection to stream media. Continuous login sessions were kicked in.

The location is not the greatest, the street that leads to the hotel from the beach is a little sketchy. Cars parked all around the hotel , a lot of unkept areas in the vicinity like plots of land with puddles and weeds and overgrown grass . The spa wasn't that impressive . It was just an underground pool with a couple of jacuzzis. The water in the pool was a little cold.

The breakfast buffet was the highlight. Went for breakfast at 1000... It was jam packed full... But enough staff to clear and lay tables again. Friendly staff.... Extra gluten free cake and bread. The Lomi Lomi massage was one of the best I ever had. The prices are bit high but it's worth it for the ambiance and the perfect masseurs. The food in the ala cart restaurant was excellent. Cocktails were also excellent.

Pool, room, spa, and breakfast were great! Love the location! Staff was always helpful and smiling.

Dinner buffet could have been cheaper - 220 PLN for couple is definitely too much vs going out. This does not include wine or other beverages except water or tea (not even coffee).

We love our stay there, very family friendly. There is a kid’s club,every day have different schedules for kids. The water temperature in the swimming is satisfying for me as I like warm temperature.Also have a kid’s swimming pool and lifeguards standby all the time. Those staffs at the restaurants and room service were very warm and friendly. Living and traveling in Poland many years , this is the first hotel in Poland, we feel so good with it. Definitely will come back again.

The small issue can be improved, the receptionist can suggest guests to open credit account under their room number when check in if needed. Then we don’t always have to pay on every transactions on spot. Can pay all at the check out. Secondly, the sofa in our room was almost falling apart, my 2 year old son got hurt because of it. luckily it was not serious. We informed the room service to handle it, at the end of the day they came and fixed it.

It's a new hotel in the quite part of Kolobrzeg. There is a very nice spa for adults and a special spa-menu for children. A lot of activities for children are available in the kds' and game room. Very polite staff. We enjoyed our stay.

Our wish - to add more simple dishes for kids for breakfast and dinner - 2 types of porridges, noodles for example...
