the hotel is the best of the best!!! everything is new, expensive repairs, expensive high-quality equipment. the room has everything (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, coffee machine, a lot of coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, laundry capsules, any kind of dishes and glasses for every taste, sweets and delicious mineral water, a lot more pleasant little things :) top-level service !! Netflix is ​​installed on TVs, and many other cool programs :) I want to return to this hotel again and again))

The location is very quiet and nice for family time, the accommodation was very nice, new, clean with all the important bathroom and kitchen supplies available! well done!

The fact that when booked for 5 people, 3 of those had to sleep on foldable sofas. For the money we paid, it would be more comfortable if the flat had one more room or the price could have been less.

Excellent property, very warm with everything needed. Beautiful apartment, with an incredible view of the mountains. The check-in and check-out were smooth and nice. The landlord allowed us to make a late checkout that was really useful for us due to our schedule.

The staff was super-friendly, agreed to add 1 more sleeping place without additional payment and allowed us to check out later, as there were no reservations for the next day. The apartments were clean, kitchen had full equipment

Great location in a quite area, the apartment was fully equipped with almost all what traveler needs. Self check in was easy and quick.

It was clearly mentioned on booking.com that the flat has an outdoor furniture but when I arrived I was surprised that my flat is the only one that hasn't any outdoor furniture, after contacting them through messages they said that they will do there best as they are not the one who is operating the facility ( which was confusing) at the end I spent a week without response in that regard. Beautiful, modern and comfortable apartments set in a complex of other serviced apartments with shared gardens and surrounded by gorgeous Tatra mountains. Very quiet - it wasn't fully booked at the time of our stay and we didn't see a lot of other guests, so we had a very restful time. We chose this resort because it is pet friendly. We travelled with our puppy and he enjoyed it! About 15 mins drive to Zakopane. There are restaurants within 5 mins from the apartment as well as a Zabka.

As others commented already, figuring out the correct parking space assigned to our apartment (zone H) and the right building entrance was not so easy and took around 5-10 minutes. Better signage to direct guests to correct parking zones and buildings is needed. The small lane that leads to the resort was under construction and one morning we found ourselves stuck on the building site for about 20-25 minutes, unable to leave the premises because the workers building the road refused to move... As we booked 2 weeks before our stay, the price was very high. I would love to stay here again, but only booking very far in advance to get a cheaper rate.

Apartment was very nice, all new and clean. Very very comfortable bed. Apartment was equipped with everything that you may need. Also, what was very important for us - this property is pets friendly, because we were travelling with our dog :) I would definitely recommend this place.

For me was very difficult to find the apartment from the very beginning because letters were not really visible especially from the car. Would be more convenient if letters will be more visible when you drive along the houses to understand where you need to park.
