The service was in generel very good. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The food was phenomenal. Both breakfast and dinner. We also had drinks a few times. Everything from the kitchen/ bar was amazing. It was very easy to park at the hotel too. The room was big with aircon, big bed and big screen TV. But we had no Wi-Fi in our room at all.

If you don't have a car, it is far from everything, and the area is not very interesting for a walk. No small towels in bathroom - not even one to wipe the floor. We only had two bath towels. No Wi-Fi in our room - they called the tech-guy, but nothing happened.

Good bed with a comfortable mattress, new bed linen, large TV, two showers and two toilets. The jacuzzi bath worked perfectly. Lovely staff and an excellent breakfast with a variety of food choices, a personalised order of omelette or scrambled eggs and delicious coffee.

Every few minutes there was a slight humming sound in the room for half a minute or so from the extractor or something else. If you are not highly sensitive to such things, you won't be disturbed. The room has a corridor with a door to a connected room. If you're unlucky enough to have neighbours, you might hear all their conversation when you come to retreat to the hot tub.

The staff was very pleasant and ready to help - advises a good restaurant outside of hotel (we arrived before the hotel restaurant work hours) and it worthes the money. The parking is big. The staff speaks English and try to understand my bad Polish language - thanks for it. The cleaning service was done well after 1 night of stay beacuse I asked to clean the room and it was done well. The breakfast is various and very tasty. The restaurant cooks delicious meal: we ate twice there. In the room cost the usage of sauna and salt room were included and it is very good serviced.

The first night from Friday to Saturday there was a private party in the hotel, which lasted till the night. Having went to bed at 10 p.m. was assisted with the loud music from the first floor because of this event. Next day we had an important competition and needed to rest but because of the loud music we were exhausted and did not have enough sleep. If you are ok with loud events and without small children you may stay at this hotel because other things are excellent in the hotel, except loud music of the events if they occur.

great place to stay with kids, nice room, playgrounds with lot of possibilities and toys, tasty breakfast, very kind personal, also lot of possibilities for program in the hotel (spa, gym, table tennis, biliard..), great hotel

few small details weren’t “finished” (or no attention paid) - e.g. no heating in the -1 playground (not ideal if you are with smaller kids), no batteries in toys, older equipment (not functioning 100% in all cases - shower door)

This is a nice and hotel with cozy rooms. The breakfest was sufficent and overall it was a pleasant stay.

The shared balcony is little bit weird. Somebody smoked in there and left the full ashtray behind our door. Smoking should be prohibited everywhere in the hotel.

Nice food and personnel. Sauna in the room. Good air conditioning. Nice room.

Bad lightproof. Room lacks of curtains. It's lot of light as sun rises and no way to properly block it. Jacuzzi have some problems with plug - continuous waterleakage. Not a big deal everything - but for such price it should have that troubles fixed

Payed about 50 euros for me, wife and baby. The beds are quiet comfortable, parking places very good behind the hotel so car safe to stay overnight, breakfast was quiet good but not the best, stuff was helpful

Rooms are somehow outdated, needs upgrade sometimes. The hotel can sometimes arrange weddings which ends at 4 o'clock in the morning like was in our case, but the hotel informed about it before booking because we called to ask

Really comfortable beds. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Nice and quite well equipped gym. Steam sauna was closed due to renovation. The infrared sauna is small but nice. The neighborhood is quiet and the taxi to the city center is only about 10PLN.

We booked two rooms just few hours before our arrival, but everything was prepared for our stay with additional bed in one of the rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. After good sleep we had delicious breakfast.
