We were in the Building C and the wellness area was between the building A and B. We had to cross the street to go to the wellness area.

Location, right on the sea coast.

Slippers and bathrobes are not provided. Specifically, there is nothing apart from two dispensers of detergent and two units of coffee capsules for two people (two nights). It is true that everything is taxed extra, you had to pay extra for a place for a motorcycle like a car. But not everything can be bought yet, e.g. does not have beach umbrellas for rent. Cannot access the outdoor pool if you live in another building. It has no common spaces at all. The yard is empty, the fountain does not work. There is nowhere have a cozy chill.

Good location, clean, large apartment, everything is new and shiny. Beach is next to hotel. The lady at the pool reception was kind to switch on the water massage (after I discovered it existed). Not incredible expensive (it is expensive, but what is cheap these days...) It has everything after all, from a checklist's perspective.

Hotel with an identity disorder: they should decide whether they are a hotel or a company(ies?) lending out apartments... Breakfast is expensive with overworked stressed out staff, zero flexibility for special customer requests. Fancy wellness area is just for show mostly: contains 1 sauna (for about 2-3 person), 2 pools wich are useless/too small for swimming, but water is too cold for relaxing, 1 jacuzzy. Bed for 4 people: 1 double bed with incredible uncomfortable too soft mattress + 1 foldable sofa :-)

Superb location close to the dunes and the beach. The expensive rooms have gorgeous sea views, although those with forrest views are also very pleasant. Rooms were seizable, well equipped, including a kitchenette with a cooker and a dishwasher. The room and the whole place were clean and the staff welcoming. If you come over a less busy period, perhaps early autumn, this could be an altogether brilliant experience. But then Mielno itself gets pretty much dead and the weather is often stormy--so it all depends on what you are after.

First, the formula of a condo-hotel. Seems this means hotel-grade charges without all hotel services (e.g. cleaning, room service). The fact that it was spread over a few buildings didn't help--depending on which block you are in, you may have to walk outdoors from the room to the indoor swimming. Second, the breakfast buffet area is just too small: on a weekend, it was packed like a subway car in rush hours. Few folk wearing masks despite the requirement, no organized queues. Chaos. The same applies to the swimming pool, which borders on unusable when busy. All gets a bit better over weekdays. Third, parking is extra at 30zl per day, on-street and not properly secure. Fourth, end rooms in block B have full-height translucent glazing window to the shower--choose it only if you don't mind your nude body silhouette to be plainly visible to all sitting at the bistro! Fifth, the air conditioning pumped rotten air--best stick to natural ventilation. Finally, the restaurant by the promenade (Dune Beach) a bit of a disappointment--with gourmet ambitions, clearly, but at the end of the day dishes were quite plain, pricey and too small even for a supposedly high-end venue.
