Great option for stay if you are visiting Suntago water park but I would also love to go there even if we were not going to Suntago. Bungalow is spacious and has equipped kitchen to cook if you would like to do that, they also provide your grill if you would like to do BBQ in your garden which almost everyone was doing, you just need to make sure you carry all marinated meat/veggies for BBQ. They have a store/cafe where you will find everything that you need for BBQ and other snacks and drinks. Breakfast buffet is good for the price charged. There is also option to rent bikes to travel around the facility. They have an eco shuttle every 30 mins between Suntago village and Suntago park which was super useful for us as we didnt have a car there. Note that there is no restaurant in the village but they have frozen pizzas and zapiekanka that they will warm up for you and there are some other frozen items like soups, salads and pierogi but you will have cook same in your bungalow. There is a nice Vietnamese restaurant at few mins walk from village which we really liked and if you have a car then you can look for more options around. Overall we had a great time in the bungalow and we wished we could have stayed longer.

It would be great if they would provide clothes drying stand for each bungalow, as most of the people are coming there for Suntago they have wet clothes with them so providing a small stand would be super helpful to dry those clothes.

We had an amazing experience. Our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, we could arrive just on another date for a shorter period. We wrote to the hotel and they agreed to move the date of our arrival and decreased the amount of payment. We were really happy that the hotel understood our situation. The hotel has very clean rooms and resting areas. We had all the facilities we needed to cook for ourselves and the breakfast was amazing as well. The place is very peaceful, has a lot of greenery and a nice playground for kids. I recommend to come to the village by car, since it's far from supermarkets and shopping centers. The parking is free. The place is very close to the water park, a drive of 2 mins from the village. The water park is huge, has a lot of facilities for all ages. It also has great restaurants inside. Suitable for all-day stay. Our vacation in the village was amazing and I would definitely recommend the place for families, we would more than happy to come back.

Nice new rooms, a bus to the Suntago park. I believe the village would look even more attractive in summer when we would use the children playground, the terrace. But it was a rainy winter day and we used the place only for sleeping

There was no hair dryer, and only a single small towel in the bungallow. We had our own towels we brought for the waterpark and we didn't try asking for more, so it's possible that we would have gotten extra if asked. There are road works between the village and the waterpark, so a walk on foot is not very pleasant.

Everything is very new and was perfect for our stay as a family of 4 + dog. Little park for the kids, show for the kids in the evening, bbq, 5 mins from the water park. 10% off and free parking for the water park when staying at the village. Air conditioning in each room, blackout curtains, little patio outside, not too noisy. Would come back if I was going back to the water park.

Doesnt get 10 only because of the stray dog running around and annoying our dog and silly chairs in the living room because we kept hitting toes into them cause of silly design.

Staff was really helpfull and it was easy to communicate in english. We got clear instructions how to reach a water park, got ability to buy water park tickets with discount in Santago Village reception. You can buy tickets with a discount in Suntago village even if you arrivied earlier (befor official check in time ), go to the water park and do check in later on. Free car parking in Sanatgo Village is the benefit as well + you are geting free parking in water park parking are as well if you would like to reach it from vilage with your car. Santago vilage has its own free shuttle buses that going to water park every 30 minutes. Trip takes around 5 minutes. Anyway if you would like, you can reach the park by foot as well in aprox 12 minutes.

Location where the village and park is located is a bit at the nowhere. There is no other tourist atractions or restorants around. You must go miles to look for good places to eat or to get fun and you must drive a car.

There is a little bus that runs every 30 minutes to and from the water park, which is great help. Especially if you want to have a drink at the bar as that way you don't have to worry about driving. Really nice buffet breakfast, definitely worth the money. Nice little shop, and a great campfire most nights where you can have a beer and a bite to eat. Staff are fantastic and most helpful. Really lovely place to stay with small children.

I don't think they check the area around the bungalows that well, as there was a whole shattered glass on the patio of the one where we were staying so worth checking, especially as little ones like to pick anything up from the ground.

Great place for stay while visiting Suntago, bungalows are very modern and generally the territory is very clean and beautiful. The prices are not cheap, however guests receive discount for Suntago tickets and can by them in reception and skip the queues in the park. Special bus rides to Suntago every half an hour.

Restaurant with dining would be beneficial as there are to places for dinner nearby. The local shop offered some food and snacks however the prices are rather hi.

This is our second visit to Suntago Village and Suntago Water Park. Suntago Village is a small caravan village located just 10 minutes from the water park. We really enjoy the houses and the breakfast, making our overall experience quite pleasant.

However, the price was much too high for what we received.

In the evenings (at least in Fridays and Saturdays) there were games and entertainment for children led by wonderful girls - in English and polish . There was an opportunity to roast potatoes and sausages in the real fireplace. Breakfast was quite satisfactory. Everything was available in the cottages to prepare a meal for yourself

It wasn't that I didn't like something there. Dinner and lunch are not available, you have to cook yourself, but there is a small buffet and a shop where you can buy this and that.But I would like to increase and improve the range of food products available in the reception store, but the basic necessary goods were available.

I LIKE THAT YOU ARE PET FRIENDLY IT IS REALLY WONDERFUL, I LIKE THE POSSIBILITY TO GO TO SUNTAGO BY ELECTRIC BUS, IT IS COOL. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY.

I BELIEVE THAT NOWADAYS THIS PRICE SHOULD INCLUDE BREAKFAST. I APPRECIATE THE POSSIBILITY TO LIVE CLOSE TO SUNTAGO, GOING THERE BY YOUR ELECTRIC CAR EVERYTHING IS OK. THE ROOM IN CRACOW JUST NEXT TO THE OLD TOWN IS 399 FOR TWO PEOPLE WITH A DOG AND BREAKFAST INCLUDED AND HERE I PAID 427,50 BY BOOKING SO IT IS TOO MUCH. WHEN YOU WANT TO COME WITH YOUR FAMILY, GRANDCHILDREN THEN ADDITIONAL COSTS GO HIGHER :(( I AND MY HUSBAND LOVE SUNTAGO WATER PARK. WE HAVE BEEN THERE MANY TIMES 5-6 SINCE IT WAS OPENED BY OURSELVES, AND 2-3 WITH OUR GRANDCHILDREN WE ARE PLANNING TO COME MORE OFTEN BUT THEN WE HAVE TO THINK IN ADVANCE ABOUT THE FUNDS :)))
