Great location in centre of town. Modern and clean hotel. Doormen were particularly helpful. Excellent restaurant and highly recommend the Zurek Soup! Very good value for money all round. Breakfasts were very good and staff frequently replenished the serving dishes. We stayed for a week and our sunny room on the 9th floor offered an excellent view of the park/river and town. Highly recommended.

This is a big hotel from the pre-1989 years and it sure looks it both on the outside and inside, but there has been lots of renovation and I actually liked the air of old times that lingers over the place, from the times when this hotel probably was the place to be and be seen in Pila. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful, it was possible to park my car just outside and I was served a delicious dinner in the bar-restaurant. The room was spacious, rather basic but has everything you need - including a nice, modern bathroom and good wi-fi connection. The view from the window over the Gwda river and a park is also very nice and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was also very good. I booked this hotel because I just needed a place to crash on a car journey from Slovakia to Sweden, but I ended upp falling in love with this place and hope I can go back and stay there again in the future!

weak or no internet connection at times, you hear noises from outside but it is due to hotel location so should expect that, hear water running from adjusted rooms

Best location in Piła near parks shopping and great restaurants. The hotel is a little old and strange but it’s a great deal and charming in its weird way. Also, the breakfast is awesome.

There was a funny smell from the bathroom. One elevator was broken. They definitely need to modernize a few things. Still, it’s my favorite Piła hotel.

The hotel derives from 1980s and has clearly seen itse best days. Some may call it outdated, I consider it personal. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with lots of variety, especially vegetables.

The old age and structure is most obvious in the poor sound proofing: discussions from other rooms flow through ventilation.

The hotel is right in the middle of the city, close to the railway station, though, very easy to find. The room at the 11th floor was clean and cosy. Breakfast was rich and tasty. Also the other meals can be served at the inner restaurant at a fair price.

Great location, great hotel. Would recommend! Comfortable beds and a very generous breakfast from 06.30 to 10.00. Bonus of 24 hour check in.

Shower needed a little TLC... perhaps a screen instead of a curtain! Fan in the bathroom didn't work and shower head not properly attached. Cleaning staff eager to clean room before I'd finished breakfast! Minor things that could make the stay even better!

Good modern hotel easy to find and only 15 mins from train station and centre .I had a single room with a good view good bathroom .breakfast was good and everything was good and easy going .parked my motorbike near entrance under camera and was safe .very good value money consideration location and hotel .

The hotel's bang in the centre of town and has excellent facilities in the rooms. Value for money is amazing. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

It'd have been nice had there been one of two English language channels on the TV, but that's just me trying to find something negative to say. In reality, there was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.

The quiet room on Floor 11 .Plenty of space in the family room. Restaurant was pleasant and staff were always obliging.

Nothing to dislike.
