Lovely hotel with Exceptional staffing ! Who are Very kind and understanding. The hospitality was great and they offered us complimentary extended time in the room as we had a later flight back to the UK . Not many hotels have done this as we travel frequently but also charge you additionally. Hotel Wilga also does free transfer to the airport which is a added bonus. the service was excellent. we arrived late at night to a very warm welcome. the man at reception was an absolute gent. he was ready for our arrival and was so helpful advising on what times to het to the airport for and offered us a free shuttle and even a wake up all. when we had to leave at 4am, he said that since we were going to miss breakfast, they had made packed breakfasts for us. so thoughtful! when we were driven to the airport about a 7 min drive, I realised I had left my phone at the hotel. it was no problem and no extra to return for my phone. when we arrived back the receptionist was waiting at the door with my phone! above and beyond help.

They picked us up by the car from the terminal to the hotel (free of charge) and also offered to take us to the terminal on next day (if required). We stayed only 1 night. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was nice.

Not really much. The only point maybe is that you need to call to the hotel on your arrival, if you want them to pick you up, but you are not a local, so you don't really have a way to call at this moment. We asked some nice lady to have a call from her phone, but anyway it would be better to find some better way to manage it. The hotel isn't located in a walking distance, you have to get there either by cab or the hotel picking up (for free).

Free shuttlebus to and from airport, mostly nice personell, clean room, and good though small breakfast. Loved the small omelettes! Nice decoration everywhere (Christmas), and hope it will be just as cozy when normal days are back.

The coffee was horrible, and the woman working in the restaurant seemed stressed and a little hostile. Probably just a bad day. Also the room was icy cold on arrival. Could be heated a little before.

Close proximity to the airport, free shuttle. Breakfast was amazing and priced fairly.

We arrived very late and didn't grab any food with us on the way. Restaurant was closed and there were no food options in the area. I'd have bought some food to go at the airport if i knew

The room was very cold when we arrived and it took time to warm it up what is not very good in cold weather. The coldest zone was bathroom.

It is the second time stay here, it is warm, close to the airport. Very likely I will stay here again if I travel.

The soap dispenser didnt work in my room. It had soup but it was impossible to get it, literally :) Please fix or change for simple, individual pieces of soap.

The front desk girl was so polite and sweet. The restaurant food was wonderful ( The best food I had in 2 weeks vacation in Europe) The Sour soup was the best, We had a drunk guy being very inappropriate, and the server took care of him. The server was very professional. If I ever go back I would stay there again.

Great location near the airport for a long layover. Free pick up and drop off at the airport, even when I landed at 1am. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Everything was very good. If I’m being picky, the beds were not the comfiest, and the towels were not the whitest, but it met my expectations based on what I paid, so I was happy.

Great location and good hotel for quick stay. We had our flight early morning and we also had great help in airport pick up/drop of.
