Everything spot on the private beach is lovely

The noise from Road , I should of asked for a room at back.

We booked two rooms for two families: Standard via booking and Junior Suite directly via hotel site. And we were very pleased with free of charge upgrade from Junior to luxury Royal Suite. Thank you so much to the hotel for that nice compliment. The hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful, facilities and pool are amazing. Breakfast was very good, kids enjoyed self-made waffles, but it would be good to have a fresh juice and live cooked fried eggs. There is a very convenient parking, that should be reserved in advance. Distance to the beach is about 7 mins walk via nice park and about 20 mins walking to the central part of the city.

The jacuzzi should not be broken. We should have been notified before we got there. I like with my family using jacuzzi. Lastly I called twice that our sink was clogged nobody came to fix it All employees were very helpful. Spa employees were amazing The breakfast was the best ever. Love the quality of food. Also gym must have internet because people like to watch online classes to workout on machines. You should put internet extender like Eero. Thank you for everything. Perfect location with walking distance to the beach and to the centre of Sopot, yet in a very quiet area. The bed was incredibly comfortable I hadn’t slept that well in ages! Loved the vast breakfast, fine dining experience and the pool was a lot of fun for my son and me! Very comfortable hotel and very pleasant and helpful staff. A very restful and recharging 2 nights before our return back home. My son really enjoyed the well equipped and maintained kids room! We were greeted by a very pleasant young man who took our luggage to our room and waited for the taxi with us when we checked out to help us load our luggage in the car. Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout!

This hotel looked like the goto place for a weekend or a short getaway. For the price I paid I would have expected breakfast to be included as it was in other hotels in the area. I was disappointed that I was not allowed to charge breakfast and dinner to my room in fact after dinner I had to go back to my room with my very sleepy son to get my wallet to pay for dinner. I mentioned this to the staff who all told me “sorry about that.” I have never been to a hotel where I can’t charge the costs of my stay to my room. This was an inconvenience for me. The room was very comfortable but had only a small window and was dark even during the daytime. The bath plug wasn’t sealing properly therefore water was draining gradually when having a bath.

This is a great hotel! The rooms are spacious and very nice. The SPA is really great. Besides from a Jacuzzi style of pool (which, due to an injury I had, was the only SPA facility I used), there is a large swimming pool, massage facilities, sauna and more. The location is just one block away from the lovely beach. Although it was not quite in season yet, there were a lot of activities at the beach. I can hardly imagine what it is like in high season. Otherwise the location is in a quite calm place (although there was a party celebrating long into the night). This also means that local restaurants et cetera (besides from the hotel restaurant) are 5 - 10 ten minutes walk away. The breakfast and dinner food at the hotel restaurant was really great and affordable.

Although the dinner food in the restaurant was excellent, and the wine selection was vast, there was one major disadvantage. The somalier was certainly not up to the standard of the hotel or the restaurant. Make sure you prepare yourself before ordering wine here.

An extraordinary and unique Hotel. The whole atmosphere, styling was royal and of high class. Quiet and peaceful. Especially enjoyed the restaurant and arts.The location in Sopot is perfect. Could be one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Much better than Radissons, Continentals, Marriotts or any other 4/5 star chain hotels I've been to.

Location is great, quiet, nice cozy hotel. Spa zone is good. Breakfast is great. Personnel is nice and helpful. Good parking. Nice cocktails in the bar.

Rooms are not sound proof, at all ((( Our room had a door to a connecting room , you can hear everything! people do in the other room. The same from the hall. Also showering in the bathtub is totally not comfortable.

I loved the restaurant, the food was of high quality, cooked perfectly, great wine selection. The bartender is also very experienced, fabulous drinks at the bar. The swimming pool is fantastic. The decor is really tasteful with beautiful classic touches.

The jacuzzi didnt work but that just happens so cannot complain really.

Exceptional Hotel with excellent service. The standard of the hotel and service exceeded my expectation. Very friendly and always smiling staff . Definitely I will be back there soon

The spa is overpriced even for the guests paying in dollars or Euros.

Location is hotel is quite near to beach, and having a private beach, with beach bar is the best. private beach has all necessary things to be needed. and toilet is free for hotel guests :) beach lounges are confy, and looks like enough for the guest. We also want to have massage for two, even it was fully booked, manager of SPA service arranged 2 short massages for both of us. Superb customer satisfaction,

Room service adding a delivery fee to room, which should be include in the price. Food we ordered is so delicious, and portion is less than expected, since with main dishes, we were still hungry :( we have also ordered breakfast to room, by completing the list provided in the room. Since, when I woke up in the morning, still lists were not collected from the door handles, and I needed to call room service to collect them. Even my call, and informing that we have two rooms, only one of the list from the handle collected, and second one was still on the handle. I needed to hand over the list myself to officer. but breakfast was great and better than I have expected.
