The hotel is clean and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The room is nice, spacious and very cosy, if a little old fashioned. The beds were super comfy and the shower was really nice, hot and powerful.

No kettle in the room and no smart TV, as I said the room is nice, clean and comfortable, just a little old fashioned. It can also be quite hard to find, especially if you're driving because it's behind a university building.

The location is great - a bit tricky to find at first as Google Maps leads you round the back but you walk through the University off Gabriela Narutowicza main road and it's tucked away at the back. It's quiet and the neighbourhood surrounding it has always felt safe. It's also only a 15 minute walk or so from the Flixbus stop. It's a short convenient walk to the main town/Wały Chrobrego promenade. The breakfast was standard continental style and good to fill yourself up for the day. There's a Biedronka across the road if not. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and lovely. They speak English. The rooms are nice - I always stay in a single bed which is comfy for me and the room has a TV and shower room and is always clean.

The rooms can unfortunately get quite cold in the winter despite the radiators - they're fine to sleep in, the bedding is warm, but to hang out in they can be a little chilly. There's no shampoo etc in the showers so you have to buy/bring your own. No big deal though.

The room is spacious, for a single person. the bed (single normal) is comfortable. the area is quiet. You can get a good night sleep. There is desk, a table and 2 chairs. You can have breakfast in the university Cafeteria near by. Good value for money.

The shower is very small. And poor water pressure. I still give the place high score.

This is all you need for one night. It is the right size room. Breakfast is very good: beans, eggs, different cheeses, breads and meats. Also a very good butter and marmalade. Variety of veggies and salads. I like the wooden furniture of the room and the aquarium in the common area. You can ask for a hair dryer and you will get it.

The bathroom smelled like cigarettes, so you don't feel fresh after a bath. The room smells fine.

Nice basic hotel. Very good for the cheap price! :) The rooms were nice and clean. Didn't expect the room to be so big (especially the high ceiling), even more expensive hotels often have smaller rooms. Not much luxury in the room of course, but the most important thing for me is that it is clean and comfortable. Maybe I was lucky, but despite the cheap price, I did NOT notice that there were many noisy (drunk) tourists. This meant that I had a much better stay here at Kapitan than at a hotel in the city centre.

There was no Airconditioning. But you also should not expect that for the price. Room is cool enough, as long as it isn’t 30+ degrees. Good walking distance from Szczecin Glowny train station, but of course it’s not in the middle of the city center. Supermarket across the street.

WiFi was totally off for a long period one day. This affected my plan to work remotely very badly and there was no notice of the occurrence/outage in advance. That is quite poor for people travelling on business

The room for one person was clean and has an individual bathroom. Very comfortable location near the bus station. I have an opportunity to oder the breakfast, it is very convenient, because the supermarkets and cafes don’t work on Sundays.

The door in the room is thin and you can hear the noise in the corridor.

it was simple and basic but good value for money, it also had a private bathroom. the location was one bus stop from the main train station or about a km to walk. there is a supermarket opposite the street. the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

I did not eat any breakfast. Bathroom was big enough, clean and modern. Always hot water. It was a very quiet hotel, which I appreciated. Friendly staff and very serviceminded.
