Excellent location right next to the Vistula river, you can go bathing literally in front of the side gate to the hotel. Great breakfast. Lots of shady parking spots. Good prices in the hotel bar. The staff was nice and got us a baby bathtub, which was very helpful.

Coffee at breakfast is bad. The sauna has no privacy at all (no naked zone, the glass entrance is right next to the pool, so you're being stared at by the pool guests). The hotel bar is only open until 10 pm.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The waiter in the hotel restaurant was very attentive and was amking sure my evening was spot on. The kids area is situated very nicely next to the pool so it's possible to kind of have an eye on your kid while relaxing by the pool and not hearing the kids noise as yoi are seperated by a glass wall. The location of the hotel was great and I liked a diversity and quality of the choice at breakfast.

The electric socets were slightly lose in my room but it was a minor discomfort only.

Very comfortable luxury hotel with spa, pool, bowling, table football and great play areas for children.

No info re a switch that put out all the lights. We had to call reception to restore our lights. No vegan option in the restaurants and 3 times I was informed that no bread was available that didn't contain milk.

it's not that i did not like their menu, but I was expecting more from a 4 stars hotel to have a Breakfast menu which has more variety , fruits and veggies

Very nice hotel, perfect location just at the river bank in the center of Ustroń. Comfortable and clean room, very pleasant service, breakfast serve to the room (pandemia time). There is bowling, biliard, small swimming pool, sauna (unfortunately - not available in pandemia time). Pet friendly - our dog was highly welcome. Highly recommend to stay there :)

Basicly there is nothing I could say "didn't like" :) - it is just those small things you expect from 4-star hotel, which were not in place... and should be when hotel is really 4-star as claims, like bathrobe had holes and was not cleaned properly, smart key was not working and needed to be replaced with manual key, bed was lower quality, then expected for high class hotel.
