Breakfasts were buffet style with so much hight quality food it was hard to choose. Great coffee, nice tea, variety of fruits and vegetables, a lot of cold dishes and a lot of warm too. Anybody can choose, it was a blast. Similar for the dinner. We had a Family room of 35m - two separate bedrooms with separate balcony, very convenient. Terrace on the top of the building - very nice (just we were everyday so tired in the evening that we did not use it for evening drink and sunset observation, pity)

Maybe just 2 or 3 people of the personell ever smiled, what was a bit weird. But did not have a problem with anybody. There was one super friendly and helpful receptionist, one of waitreses and the pool guard was marvelous and very friendly. Bathroom was very small in comparison to the huge bedrooms we had, I would sacrifice a meter or two of the room to have more space there too :-)

The hotel is very near to the beach. The staff is amazing, professional and super helpful. The spa area is really nice - there are multiple saunas, nice pool and jacuzzi. Restaurant in the hotel provides delicious food, and the bar has very good drinks and cakes. We appreciated the evening with live piano.

This hotel has good standard but there are multiple small annoying problems. The bathroom is very nice and well equipped, but there is no ventilation and the shower door was broken (although it was repaired in a very quickly manner which is a plus). Room itself is huge and nicely equipped, however the lights are very dim. The A/C is pretty complicated to handle, even with the instruction manual that is provided. Breakfast - advantageous was a live cooking where you could order different egg dishes. Unfortunately the variety of food was way below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel - which is surprising considering that the hotel was pretty much full.

Location and easy access to near by restaurants. Was very clean and very knowledgeable staff

The only thing I would ask for would be more options on the menu in the hotel restaurant

Didn't get my invoice - it wasn't ready, and I was supposed to receive it by email but didn't There were no painkillers , needed to run to the gas station 3 kms back and forth, cause I needed them on Sunday morning and nothing else was open.

I’ve been staying at Lambert in Henkenhagen for many years. Everything was great and all of the employees took very good care. The room was spacious and comfortable and the beds were perfect. The food and drinks are excellent.

We really enjoyed the hotel, the wonderful spa and the lovely beaches/boardwalk right outside. The location is awesome, the town is charming. Breakfast is plentiful and of high quality. We loved the bike path along the beach which goes on for miles and miles. Staff is "friendly enough" but there is room for improvement.

We are Vegetarians and had messaged the property earlier about our worry that there would be a dearth of choices which was dismissed. Unfortunately, our "vision" about the food was justified: there were barely any vegetarian dinner choices: besides the fish and chicken and other seafood, on Sat night there were only some salad, some gnocci and some potatos. Basically the identical side dishes the next day. Even the soup contained meat. So on that point we would like to see some improvement.

Great location - near the beach. Tasty breakfasts. Comfy rooms - we've got our room upgraded for free. The housekeeping was very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool had a lot of places to rest.

The staff at the reception desk was arogant and not helpful at all. The swimming pool is quite small for such a facility.

Location of the hotel was perfect - our room was big enough and very close to the absolutely outstanding roof terrace!!! - and the room was very clean - Staff in every hotel facility are really nice despite some language problems - unfortunately we didn’t speak any word of Polish Language.... Spa offers are easy to use due to the possibility of making and getting flexible appointments also on short notice - really good!!!! A very good location too - the Lambert Beach Bar on the opposite of the road with Baltic Sea view.....We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel and we consider already coming back once.....

The only thing with need of a bit improvement - the breakfast - like home made brad or some fresh juices......
