Friendly staff, clean rooms and shared areas, good choice of breakfast, tasty meals in the hotel's restaurant ala carte, free parking next to a shopping centre with plenty to do there. Location was important for us as we have family not far away from Walbrzych. Also it is a good base if you want to travel around. We visited Aqua Park, Ksiaz Castle, Sokolowsko, Wroclaw (via train, only 20min walk to the station), Walbrzych Rynek also 20min walk, Palmiarnia and Papugarnia (mini parrot place).

Beds were not comfy (too bouncy) and too big pillows, mattress topper was moving off the bed. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were good but for 2 adult guests we got only one in the first place, which was size of espresso. Only two lifts in the hallway, which were used also by staff, I dont mind waiting but some people do. The worst thing was the air con. In the room you only can change the temperature, you cant operate if to blow hot or cold air. Reception staff do it. The problem is that if someone asks for hot air on your floor, they change the setting for all the rooms at that floor! So better switch it off for the night.

It was a nice stay at Ibis in Wałbrzych. I had a big room with a comfy double bed and pillows. I slept very well. There was also enough space where I could work. The bathroom was clean and practical equipped, with nice blue light for the night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not too varied, if you like to have it sweet, but the pancakes with cheese were tasty. I liked the restaurant in the evening. Especially the tomato soup was delicious. The train station and the city center are about 5 minuts by taxi.

- it would be nice if windows opened a bit as the room was hot - toilet broke in the middle of the night so there was constant water noise (we didn't ask to change the room But I'm sure they would have given us another room) - hotel's actual car park is small, literally for 10 cars but the gallery's car park can be used if no space

Very Clean, stylish rooms with air-conditioning. Comfortable beds (not sofas). Dinner is very nice and delicious, breakfasts (free) are delicious but vegetables and fruits are not so fresh :/ But definitely nice place to stay

Shower hot/cold water was not stable and even during taking a shower the water temperature could change 🙂 Door locker is awful as it is hard to open your hotel room. If you travel in pair, one of the cards is just white and not clear how to use it especially when you use it correctly but it does not open the door. Elevators are also a bit strange : sometimes it shows “go up” but then you go down. Very polite lift.

The premises are clean. The lobby looks very nice and is kids-friendly. The breakfast is good. The linens and towels were clean. The bathroom is of good size and well equipped. Very tasty bottled water, specific to this region. Very pleasant service.

The room is a bit small for 4 people. The extendable sofa blocked the fridge. Not enough utensils for 4 people. Instructions for ventilations would be nice to have. Window is not possible to open. Rather remote location. All minor pet peeves we were ready to face though.

The overall experience was pretty good. Neat and tidy room, very welcoming lounge zone and splendid choice of drinks. The vibe of the hotel is pretty generic, though some authentic details remain - decoration of the floors and reception zone gains attention.

The thing that makes me sad is a coffee served at the bar and especially the one at breakfast. If I could find there a decent coffee, I probably wouldn't leave an accommodation at any means! But yet the coffee style requires upgrading.

Convenient close to the shops ,clean room with coffee and tea facilities, nice clean bathroom,breakfast was great with the variety of foods cold and hot.Reception ladies were very nice and friendly.

Parking is shared with the shopping centre, so it can be a bit of a worry, but we were told it’s monitored

Although the hotel is not far away from the city centre, it is located in industrial area which is suitable for shoppers of the large nearby shopping centre. The location has very little style and zero appearance for anyone who wants to get the sense of the old town and its rich culture. I was also a bit intimidated by some strange local man who came to talk to me and my wife at the reception desk

Nice staff, really good breakfast, located near the shopping mall, so there is always a place to park the car for free, soundproof rooms, great dark curtains.

No toiletries, room was not properly cleaned (not too dirty, but some stains that should have been washed).

The staff were superb. Welcoming friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathroom nightlight was great. Very little noise from other guests. Very happy!

I don't find piped jazz pleasant but I guess that's my problem! No concerns or complaints here.
