The look of the hotel and the location are stunning. You feel like in a proper city hotel. The staff are nice and accommodating. The room was spacious and bed super comfortable.

The pool is not available for children to use and having a pool was one of the reasons I chose the hotel - that was a big disappointment. The car park is paid extra despite being advertised as free. The biggest disappointment however was the breakfast. Polish breakfast are amazing and even a mediocre hotel has a range of egg dishes, pancakes, meets etc. This was your typical continental breakfast with some weird selection of salad stuff - not good!

The view is really good. I stayed on 14th floor and the room was comfy enough. Not too far away from center or bus/tram station. Breakfast was delicious and full of options.

We didn't have slippers in the room. The bathroom was a bit smelly at the beginning, I think because of the sewage. I did not like the SPA. Don't book it for SPA or Swimming pool, because there are a lot of people and it seems they are not only hotel guests. I was with my girlfriend, but because of that we weren't able and didn't want to use it.

The staff help me find a place to get my glasses fixed! Plus, Bierhalle restaurant that has soccer games. Staff helped me with train station and understanding Polish culture. They have a spa and interesting

Had to go to front desk and ask why the refrigerator was unplugged and tea bags in the ice pot. Elevator card you have 3 seconds to get the card and elevator button. You have to aim at elevator button and then card key pass and then elevator button.

Nice assistance in the reception area, we have been accomodated already at 9:30 AM, much earlier than official check-in time. Hotel offers nice panoramic views through the windows, there is a table in the room, where you can sit and simply enjoy the view. Room was clean, wi-fi worked fast and stable, pool, sauna and jacuzzi were fantastic - on Sundays, when it's everything closed, you can spent wonderful time there, going nowhere from the hotel. During our stay my wife has a birthday and she was greeted by the hotel with a wonderful cake with berries. Of course, I have informed about it reception in advance :)

Breakfast was delicious, but variety of food was not big: sausages, ham, cheese, desserts, fruits, drinks and that's all. Breakfast area is small, maybe that's the reason for not big variety of food. Interesting fact: champagne was available only on weekend. On Monday morning there were no champagne available - why? Air conditioning was weak... You put in on a full force, but there is no difference - you set A/C controller on +5 C or +20 C - it blows the same. It disappointed us, because we wanted much cooler weather inside.

Room located on 24th floor, amazing view, really clean, friendly staff.

The cot we ordered for our infant: the bottom layer was not comfortable, it didn’t cover the whole bottom of the crib; it felt like it was not well assembled or maybe even broken? Also, the parking price was quite shocking, rather enormous amount for less than 24 hours. The staff could have explained it better, in my opinion.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem. We had a bath and a shower which was it useful

I left and adapter for charger and my friend forgot to pack her top from wardrobe but when we called we were told nothing was found. A little disappointed.

I liked that the breakfast was included in room price. The staff at the from desk and lobby area was excellent. The front desk Manager Sylvia and the Concierge Ican were wonderful. We stayed 5 days and felt very well looked after.

I wish there was a little convenience shop in the lobby for small items.
