- The room was exceptionally clean and all the surfaces were shiny. - I could check-in earlier. - On the arrival day, there was a welcome bottle of water in the room, and on the second one after the room service I found two new bottles. - They provide napkins for cleaning shoes in addition to toiletries. - Nice and cozy outside territory. - Pleasant music in the hall way. - Several grocery stores nearby.

- The walls seem to be so thin between the rooms that I could sometimes hear some neighbours. - The pillows were bit thin for me.

Good breakfast. Location is okay. A big shopping mall is nearby. Cleaning every day. Despite the room was old fashioned but it was pretty clean.

Very old hotel. Everything is outdated, I mean TV, furniture. Our room was on the last level- so the hot water came very long time, we had wait for 5 min. The jet in the shower also slow and sick. Everything else was good.

great breakfast, pancakes are amazing , team in the dining room was very hardworking. Don t go to get second cup of tea not taking you cooked pancakes with you-it will be cleaned up immediately :)

I was unlucky to catch school children season in that hotel I guess. From 20 to 40 little monsters were constantly screaming shouting jumping and tearing that hotel apart. Hopefully it won’t get a new crack on the walls once they all gone!!!

Disabled rooms, warm, clean, lifts, lovely food, free parking, friendly staff

The only thing that once we have extended our stay, one lady at reception was promising disabled room for over a week, saying come and remind me this day, then this day.... But we still haven't been able to get it... for almost two weeks... Existing customers could be prioritised and possibly pre-booked in advance for a certain service....or at least not promised.

We stayed only for one night, while driving through Warsaw. For us hotel was in convenient location, with parking place available, room was big enough, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast, good wifi.

The staff of hotel looks either very tired or not motivated, but I could say, that they were polite. So, it is either too much work to do, or something to be revised in motivation overall, I think it could improve hotel performance.

This time location was ok, I needed something in this area. But it is not so good for an average Warsaw's visitor. btw, it looked a little bit like workers' hotel. Some plumbing needs fixing. Also, there was a waiting line to the only coffee machine, you need another one.

All the breakfasts were pretty delicious. The room was not small as we thought before. The staff is really polite and helpful

It was too cold in our room. We asked for a heater and got it only on the third day.

We are glad we chose this hotel despite some bad reviews. Nice room, breakfast food fresh and delicious.

The rooms need to be cleaned better, because candy and other things were thrown by the bed.

The hotel is in a very good location. The metro and other stops are nearby, making it easy to reach the sights. The hotel is clean, nice staff. The breakfast is excellent. Everyone will find a dish to their liking. Next time I go to Warsaw, I will choose this hotel again.

The condition of the hotel was very nice, we couldnt notice any downside. Breakfast was also pleasant. Staff was very helpful when we needed information, thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible :)
