We stayed for 3 nights. Breakfest was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. View from window was a big plus. Location perfect if you have a car - peaceful, without tourist crowds.

Room was not cleaned every day. Usually that would not be a problem ,but we traveled as family of 4 . I had to ask them to take out rubbish , more toilet paper and we dryed towels on balcony ( didnt help ,it was raining:D )

Everything was new and clean! The mattresses were comfortable and it was nice to sit on the balcony after a long day. Good value for money.

They have limited parking spaces and the hotel is located on the edge of a busy road. The room does not have air conditioning so we had to stay with the window open. There was a lot of noise due to heavy traffic. Breakfast was ok, but in two consecutive days it was the same.

The staff was really kind. The breakfast had a wide variety, and the restaurant was really good too. There are bus stops close to the hotel. The room was nice and clean.

The mattress was a bit overused (there were "holes" where people are sleeping), and as there was a kid in the room above us, we could clearly hear where he/she was running in the room :)

Well located for bars and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was great with a large section on offer. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful allowing us to leave our luggage on our last day by reception and calling a taxi when we went to visit the therme spa.

A secure room for cases and bags to be kept safely. We left ours under a table in front of reception, not ideal !!!

Good location, close to the mountains, the bus stop and the main tourist street. A wonderful resturant. The room is clean, modern and of good quality. Helpful staff, giving tips on how to get to your destination.

The air conditioner didn't really work, even on a low setting the air didn't cool down. Quite a loud environment, lots of street noise coming through the windows.

The facility was clean, the staff friendly, helpful and nice. It was easily accessible, and the food was amazing!

The hotel’s parking area was very crowded, but they sent me an information sheet about that so I was able to book a spot via e-mail before we arrived and the staff has always helped us to find the right parking spot. The bed was a little too soft for us.

It was lovely hotel, in good location - about 15 minutes to Krupówki. breakfast was nice and they have the best pancakes with cottage cheese! I had these everyday!

The towels were not changed during our 3 night stay and bed not done either, only rubbish from room taken. However it was not a big issue, and maybe 3*** hotel not doing that.

Location very comfortable for traveling to mountains by walk. The main pedestrian street also nearby by walk. Room clean and cosy.

Althought there is mentioned parking available, double check before booking, since there is just few places, so not always available...

I think that it is a well located accommodation, near to everything. I recommend its restaurant sincs its dishes were tasty.

If I would say one thing that In that case that I have to prepay however I read that is can do it in spot personally

We loved every, single thing about this hotel. It was beautifully decorated in the górale style/spotlessly clean/extremely comfortable beds/spacious room and a balcony with a view/modern bathroom and hot shower/delicious breakfast/bar/fabulous location 20 min walk to Nosal ski centre and 15 min walk into town/friendly & professional staff. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and return.
