Got cancelled with one day notice before my trip due to emergency repair of chimney. I understand that's something beyond their control but I also have to find another hotel for accommodation urgently, with a high price since it was one day before the trip. I asked for refund but no reply is given. I guess this condition might be stated somewhere else in the cancellation policy which is non-refundable, but I didn't receive any response yet until now. So I ended up paying 230 zloty and didn't accomodate at this hotel. I got nothing but paid money to them. This incident strongly discourages me booking this hotel again in the future, because they might have another issue beyond their control and travellers will get nothing, except the notice of cancelled accomodation, but having paid their money to the hotel. I don't recommend.
