The location and modern style of this place. The breakfast (included in the price) was delicious. Average coffee.

This place is more like a boutique, modest apartments than a hotel. There is no restaurant or bar in the City Boutique Hotel. The hotel parking lot is quite inconvenient and there is no direct access to the hotel. You cannot pack or unpack your luggage directly in front of the hotel. The hotel staff doesn't even ask if you need help with your luggage. In some places, including the elevator, I smelled cigarettes.

This must be one of the best hotels we've ever been to. The location couldn't be better, the main walking street of the old town is literally on the doorstep. They offer privat parking for everyone, which is easy to find and convenient to use, and reasonably priced as well. The room was spacious, the design was absolutely stunning, and the staff always had smile on their faces. They even offered us free city maps and tips for discovering Zielona Gora, and they were eager to answer any questions with perfect English! They even deserve bonus points for the free late check-out at noon (so you can have one more delicious ice cream in one of the numerous cafes around) and for the extra lunchbox they offer which you can have during your trip on way home, even if you had breakfast already. It doesn't get better than that!

Exceptional hotel - renovated rooms in old building. Public coffee areas with coffeemaker and fruits. Front door opens to the pedestrian area while you can park your car behind the hotel. Exceptional breakfast. Our room had balcony what opened to the walking street - very nice. Will definitely stay there again - nicest hotel in Poland what we have seen so far.

The parking was ideal and close by. The checkin was easy and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was scrummy and plenty of selection. The hotel even provided us with a packed lunch for our onward journey. Would recommend highly staying at this hotel. We stayed there for a parkrun in Zielona Gora.

Beautiful small hotel in the heart of town. Comfortable, great location, friendly people who all speak English, and a delicious breakfast.

The bed i had could be a bit more comfortable, but maybe it's just because i'm an American and not used to what Europeans use for beds.

Nice Hotel inside a historical building and directly in the heart of the well preserved and restaured city centre. Easy check-in and check-out, good breakfast. The entrance of the hotel for pedestrians without a car is very easy to find on the hotel-street adress and directly in front of you when you come from the railway station.

like in other european countries and in some other parts of the world, be aware, that the Lubusky Museum and the Palm-house are closed on mondays!

The staff was very nice, gave us a complementary lunch to take at the check out. The room was very spacious with big windows and comfortable sofa and bed. As Zielona Gora is known for its vineyards, 2 glasses and a wine opener were a nice touch. We felt cared for and extremely comfortable.

We think that managers should discuss work questions with their subordinates without guests present.

During the night there was a often reoccurring noise coming from the roof or facade that kept me awake from 3-4 am. When I finally managed to fall asleep, the drunk bachelor party came drunk back to the hotel and woke up all the guests. The acoustics in the building are terrible.

Everything was excellent, especially breakfast was outstanding. The elevator was out of service during my stay but they gave me free parking because I had to take the stairs up to third floor. Thank you!

Great hotel and incredible value for money. Everything is modern and of a high standard. Our room was very spacious with a high ceiling and newly fitted bathroom. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Weirdly, the curtains in our room did not meet in the middle. Not a major issue but an easy fix to improve the experience!
