From the moment you arrive you know this is not your standard hotel; with the warm welcome of a tea and biscuit (made fresh from the bakery they own). The hotel is very well finished and care has been taken to make the rooms welcoming and nice. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help you; from the reception lady helping me up the stairs with my bag to the lady in the bakery insisting I sit down and they serve me and ensuring I tried their home made bakery selection made fresh onsite.

Not a lot really - If I was being picky the bed could have been a little less firm but this is personal preference and did not impact my stay.

Very helpful staff. Clean room, everything worked well. The highlight was the breakfast. Wonderful choice with everything from fresh fruit, cereals, cooked breakfast, selection of breads and pastries. The hotel is under the same management as a highly successful bakery next door. WiFi worked well. Parking outside the hotel. Good location for coastal walk and travelling North-South along the coast south of Lisbon.

breakfast was good. Good enough for one day.Place was very clean. lovely large bed with good linen.

After arrivel we went to wash our hand. there was no hot water in the sink tap.There was no Bidet in the bath room. We had to wash in the shower.But there was no hot water in the shower. It was not very nice to wash with cold water. We thought they will put some hot water in the evening. We went out for dinner. Before going to bed we went fot shower.No hot water.No one at work in the hotel at that time.Every thing is locked and gone. Following morning I called one cleaning lady. She was very surprised that there is no HOT WATER. Owner came and gave me the key for the next room and we had a hot shower. NOT A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE.

Loves the little phrases on the walls and the details of the traditional Portuguese local decor. As Portuguese mayself, it was really nice to see. The breakfast on their own bakery was super yummi, and recommend the products there, fresh and super tasty. Location is very cute, the village is very nice, located near beautiful beaches.

Great breakfast - there's a bakery next door that is under the same management as the hotel and some of the pastery comes from there, those were amazing! Telma was a great host and gave us nice recommendations. We really had a good time :)

The beds could be bigger

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. For a two-star hotel it's just excellent. The room was very nicely decorated and spacious. The bathroom had everything necessary. The cleaniness perfect. The bed really comfortable. The lady at the reception very friendly.

Everything was just perfect.

The location, the staff, the room (terrace with a great light in the morning) and the breakfast were all amazing.

Perhaps it would make sense to do an improvement to the bathrooms, refurbishing them a bit

Breakfast was excellent. It was available at the posted time, and included a wide choice. The bakery next door is superb.

I would prefer more secure motorcycle parking, but understand that the property was not designed for this.

The location is on the Roto Vicentina which was perfect. The room clean and a wonderful shower! There is a bakery/cafe next door and we had excellent coffee and sandwiches and pastel de nata made with sweet potato😊

Not a thing

A nice business hotel in a small town. The owner welcomed us and showed hospitality. There is a nice restaurant close by that's worth the walk to the end of town (Batata Doce) very reasonable and nice high quality food . This was recommended by the owner who also has a fabulous bakery and coffee shop next to the hotel. The room was absolutely fine for our overnighter and we were well rested .

Some of the rooms road side are a little noisy but that can't be helped
