Spacious bedroom and very spacious bathroom with an amazing walk in shower. Good water pressure and temperature. The air conditioning worked pretty well heating up the bedroom. The bed is confortable. Everything was clean, we didn't notice anything wrong. The room also had a nice desk. The hotel location was almost perfect, nearby a Lidl(supermarket) and a few minutes walking from the city center. There is a parking lot almost private for guests right next to the hotel.

This property is fairly centrally located in Castelo Branco and just a short walk into the centre. An abundance of enteries locally to this Hotel, varying from a Burger to a nice Sit Down meal. Ample car parking, and in these days of Covid an actual Receptionist which made check in feel like normal, it’s a nice place to stay. Basic, yes fairly basic but good comfortable beds and great showers, fresh towels daily and room cleaned daily, generally l felt very Covid Comfortable here. Breakfast is a Continental Buffet style breakfast at the moment, but it’s nice, toast, yogurt, juice, fresh fruit, cheese, hams are cakes are available with fresh fruit. Great selection of teas and coffees. Restaurant is very clean, bright and tidy and tablets are cleaned immediately once vacated. I will be returning for another stay for sure.

Only real gripe l would have personally is that my sink in the toilet was without a plug, and the towels whilst clean and changed daily are obviously washed industrially and a couple of days the amount of starch used on the towels gave the feel of sand paper on the skin until it was dampened, there is no fridge in the room which is a shame, no safe and no tea making facilities but l guess the Restaurant maybe open for that one.

It's an absolutely perfect "price/quality" relation. The room is comfortable, fitted with an air conditioner which was very important on a +38C day. It's freshly remodelled inside, everything very practical, laconic, functional and clean. The shower is perfect and modern, the towels crispy clean. The breakfast is modest but quite sufficient. There is a free parking right in front of the entrance. The attendance is higly attentive and friendly. Thank you guys from "Horta d'Alva" !

The smoke sensor red light on the ceiling was too strong winking all night long. Could be less intence, the light.

Secure motorbike parking outside Reception which is staffed 24 hours. Pleasant friendly members of staff. Modern room with lots of storage shelves. Effective air conditioning. TV with some English channels. Good sized bathroom. WiFi very good. Breakfast adequate - the usual range of cereals, bread, toast, fruit, yoghurt, cold meats and cheeses etc. Very quiet location so a good night's sleep.

No hanging space in the room (only shelves). No hairdryer in the bathroom.

The property was very clean and safe. Young lady at reception most helpful.set in a residential area with a nice local restaurant just a 5 minute walk. Parking onsite no problem. Would recommend this place as value for money.

Friendly professional staff, easy check-in (obrigado Rui), nice big, very clean room in a quiet convenient location. Good breakfast available.

Everything was perfect.

Very clean place, receptionist was very nice, self entrance without cards. The room was of a good size. The bathroom was ok, brand new.

The breakfast was quite simple

The staff (owner inclusive) were really amazing and very understandable about our special requests. The room is spotless and very pleasant. 1000% recommend

.To me when I go away. All I want is a comfortable bed and Shower. So to me it was just right.

There wasn't any where to park the Motorbike. But I did manage to leave it just outside the Hotel. But I felt it wasn't safe to leave it there. So I had to leave early.

Staff was fab hotel was basic. I would stay again
