Had laundry and kitchen. Nice staff and manager. Note, there is no reception- you have to phone when you arrive at the door and they arrive within 5 minutes. Recently renovated for being a business so is modern.

No air conditioning or fan,rooms are not soundproof to the inside so you hear next room occupants, doors opening and closing,showers and flushing toilets. Not enough utensils for the number of guests. No name on residence just the # on the building.

We had a great stay and all went well! The guesthouse was very clean and neat with all the amenities you could need. Comfortable bedroom and very good quality mattress. Great location. The host was very nice and helpful. Thank you!

This is just a detail but there was no exterior sign with the name of the guesthouse so we were not sure if you were at the right place. We messaged the host who came down and opened the door for us :)

It’s a wonderful little hotel in a great location. The rooms are beautiful, everything is still very new and kept super clean. My room was spacious and had a lovely seating area with a comfy arm chair. I loved that there is a well equipped shared kitchen if you want to cook yourself and a washing machine to do your laundry. The wifi worked very well. I travel as a digital nomad and for me this is the ideal place to stay for a few days while also being able to work a bit.

The hotel's location was great because you can get anywhere around town on foot in a few minutes. The staff was also quite friendly and the room and shared bathroom were generally clean. The bed was also quite big and very comfy. I also liked that they give out postcards for the guests.

The fan was a bit loud and I was worrying that I would bother the other guests of the hotel. I switched it off before I went to bed, though.

The owner was amazing and went above and beyond for us. We were so grateful for his help. We only stayed for a night but we were unsure where we were going and had issues with our car. The owner stayed up to help us and we really appreciate it. The The room was excellent value for money.

This place is everything you ask for when looking for something afordable but good. Probably the best I've ever experienced. The place was impecably clean, super confortable, warm and so pretty. They had teas, coffee and Crackers in the room. Kitchen was super clean and had everything you could need to prepare a meal. Me and my parents were super happy with our stay!

the room is super, best comfortable bed ever!! super clean room, very well equipped, chek-in is super easy and everything is 5 minutes walking distance, apart from the bar for breakfast which is just downstairs ;). it's in a pedestrian street so no traffic noise at all! we'll come back for sure

everything is really nice, the apartment is very big and rooms are super nice and comfortable, maybe not super silent as bathrooms are not inside the room so we heard doors locking till very late by night

Very clean and comfy room. Very good localisation and super nice staff. We cooked ourselves - kitchen is very well equiped. Very nice bathroom even though it was shared one. Entire place is after full renovation so it looks super good.

There was no air conditioning so we had to open the window and in result all the noises from the main street could be heard. Shouting people in the early morning next to our windows.

Perfect location in a pedestrian street without cars. The host is nice and helpful, because I arrived earlier than expected therefore I was able to send him a message and receive an instantaneous reply. Furthermore, he gave me useful tips about the town, such as places to visit and restaurants. The bedroom and the common areas are really nice and well decorated

The doorbell does not work, but luckily it's only a problem before the check-in
