Good location. Staff was very helpful. With respectful neighbors, it's pretty quiet. Generally clean. If you get it at a discounted price (40-60 euros), it's great value. It lacks a bit of character, but it's more or less equivalent to budget hotel lines in style and quality.

Pillows and bed weren't very comfortable. The room needs more power outlets close to the bed. The carpet should probably get replaced. As mentioned above, if the neighbors are considerate, the location itself is very quiet and you can sleep without disturbances. On the other hand, the walls are actually quite thin, and the people coming in and out or walking through the hallway can be heard through the walls and doors.

The staff is great and the hotel is new and fresh, which is good considering the town general offerings. The location is great, in the old town, and with access by car to drop belongings. To stop by car at the front of the hotel, the street is very very narrow, but quite possible.

The bathroom could look a bit newer. The access by car could be easier. I would also would like to see an elevator, however maybe this is a lot to ask in such an old town. It would be great if there was a better interaction between the hotel and surrounding wineries. Yet, they helped a lot for us to find a winery to visit.

The hotel is well located to the centre of Évora. Room was basic but sufficient for a few nights stay. The air conditioning could do with upgrading as it wasn’t very effective. The breakfast was more than adequate offering plenty of options to suit all. Check-in was straight forward. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Only complaint was the poor air conditioning.

Very near the central area of historical sites. Could easily walk. Quiet street, so we could sleep with the window open and enjoy the fresh air.

Plumbing is old. Hotel staff expected toilet tissue to be disposed of in an open trash can (no lid). We felt that was unsanitary. Had to seek out coffee and water that was supposed to already be in the room. Also , the bed had no cover, just a top sheet. Had to ask for a top bed cover and extra pillows.

I liked the central location and that it was quiet. I had a bathtub. The cleaning and service is great. The price quality relationship is outstanding. I booked in the low season. I did not have breakfast as I preferred to go to one of the cafe places.

The staff were outstanding, always cheerful and friendly and extremely capable in answering any questions or resolving any problems for us. Kudos especially to Anna for her excellent linguistic skills and commitment to ensuring we had the best stay possible. We would definitely come here again.

The location was good and we were able to park nearby, the staff were friendly and allowed for an easy check-in

The late check-in is always difficult but we were able to leave our luggage and visit the city. The room was a little small but it was ok for just the one night. The prices for food and drinks were high so we decided to eat out.

Nice big room and bathroom with a very comfortable bed and lovely glass shower.

I liked almost everything and would stay again. The only negative I can think of is that while breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of food, the staff could have been a bit more attentive in checking the levels of drinks - there was no juice in the container the first morning and only one glass full the second.

Quiet location, centrally located in Evora, nice little hotel, room are cozy and bathrooms comfortable, very attentive and reactive staff. Good value for the price paid. We had an overall good stay there!

No wifi in the room, only in the little lobby at the entrance (a signal extender might be useful). One could hear a lot of what happens in the other rooms. The main door of the building makes quite a lot of noise when opening and closing (made our room door tremble), fortunately, it wasn't so much of a nuisance as the other guests did not go out at night much.

Great location in the centre, useful terrace in the hotel room. Even no problem with parking in close (5min walk) Igreja Dos Selesianos.

Air condition automatically swiched off after 1 hour, which is unplaesant during night with outside temperature of more than 35°C. Small freezer in the room would be helpful.
