It’s perfectly located. The view from the kitchen is spectacular—but to the side of the window. The apartment is very large and has everything you need. The bed is large and very comfortable.

The furniture is dated. The apartment gets very warm; this can be amended by leaving the kitchen window open at night (no A/C). The bathroom is spacious but dated. You will get nescafè, but only for one morning.

The view was spectacular and the accommodations met our every requirement. Our unit was in a great location, very spacious and well equipped and the staff was professional, friendly and most helpful.

We are serious walkers so it was not a problem for us but the steep climb up the street to reach the building might pose a challenge for people who are not as mobile.

Comfortable & clean flat with all needed equipment and the “hypnotic” sight of Mount Pico in the background. The staff at reception was really friendly & accommodating, easy to have a chat with. 5-10 min walk to the marina and restaurants/bars/gelateria.

The structure is a bit ageing but all was really clean and I had what I needed. And somehow this had a charm. The road to get there is really steep (one way) and it’s easy to miss the Verdemar signage on your left, so then you have to make another tour with the car.

This place is simply the best. Stop scroliing, you have just found the best possible place in the town! Comfy place with breath taking view to the mount Pico. Very well equipped and spacious. Situated in the town just above its center in a blooming corner yard next to the quiet street. Reception desk, cleaning services and also extra services available at your fingertip.

The apartment was comfortable to stay in, and the bedroom had an amazing view that made up for anything else that was not perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful. The fact that the cleaning service was offered every day was fantastic and, in fact, very helpful at times (especially for those spending lots of time at sea or on the beach and bringing home a lot of sand and dirty clothes/shoes every day). Fresh towels, toilet paper, soap, and body wash were also provided whenever needed. The location was both very central and quiet at the same time.

The building and the facilities were not new, and some elements could use some renovation/replacement. The electric kettle did not work properly, and the internet was only usable in the kitchen. There was a subtle smell of mildew in all rooms.

Great, central location and wonderful view of the ocean and Pico island in the distance. Friendly, helpful staff and super clean room. Complete kitchenette and loved the bottled water and complimentary fresh fruit. Parking lot right on site!

It was perfect!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. Close walk to everything in the area.

The room could have benefited from better fans to help with extreme heat.
