Our room was for three guests, the room was clean, 3 separate beds, very comfortable mattresses and pad, air conditioning worked great, the room was quiet and dark at night. There were enough towels in the bathroom, everything was clean, the water pressure in the shower was excellent, there was also a hairdryer, soap and shampoo 3in1. Very clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and you have so many options. Convenient location. Few minutes walk to mini Market, bus stops, and about 6 min walk to train station or 18 min walk to bus station. Bed was comfy. Located in a safe area two streets away from a market area where there's plenty of shopping and town events held.

Nice hotel for one night stop over to watch Tour of Algarve. Easy walk from the train station in an area that felt nice and safe (I am a solo female traveller) Room was good, bed comfy, bathroom all good. Self selection breakfast had everything I needed. Staff were friendly and stored my bag during the day and I collected it later in the afternoon to catch the bus to my next destination. Couldn't have gone better. Nice reception staff even let me charge my phone in the lobby after I picked up my bag. Would stay again

The room was nice and clean and the furniture is modern. They have a good breakfast buffet - we especially liked the wide variety of breads. There could be some vegetables and less sweet things, otherwise it was great. The breakfast buffet doesn’t accumulate a lot of (plastic) trash, which we appreciate a lot. The woman, who was responsible for the breakfast, took very good care of it - she filled up the food and drinks at the buffet very quickly, cleaned the tables and set the tables promptly. We got what we expected for the price. If we stay in Portimão again, we would definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel is very central (be aware that if you're traveling by car a parking spot might not be available), and has many shops and restaurants in a walking distance. The staff was also super friendly. Good spot for a one or two night stay. Great value for money.

For a 2-star hotel, the amenities are excellent, including breakfast. The staff is very friendly.

However, I was only passing through for one night, and the surrounding area is a bit strange and not very touristy. Parking is a real pain.

I booked the Theme King Room. The king-size bed is very comfortable. There is a bathtub, unlike most hotels which I stayed and are usually very small. The air con is great, TV has many English movies channels. Note there is no kettle and the lighting is dim for reading. Reception is open 0800 to midnight. One can leave the luggage before checkin and after checkout. Breakfast is from 0730 to 1000hr. It is good, with many types of pastries, fruit juices, yoghurt, apples and oranges, and a coffee dispensing machine. Overall a great stay here.

Every time i asked for something staff was on it right away. Came in expecting only the bare minimum for the money i paid but it was way better and i wouldn't be against coming back at all

1 time where we asked for fresh towels but didn't get it, came back late at night to see this so we had to reuse old ones. Would also be nice if cleaning could come later at the day when everyone is going to be sleeping late because of the festival.

Room was very clean and smelled fresh. Located in the hotel across the street, the breakfast buffet had plenty of great choices.

Not so sound proof from the street noise in the bathroom.
