Room was very big and airy, Heat of the room was easily controlled by remote. Bathroom very nice. Bed was very firm and comfortable. It included breakfast and was g8 value for money, close to the town. Staff very helpful with a 24 hour dest. Was impressed with the security of the main entrance door. Could not just walk in On street parking which was adequate. Lovely white linen +towels.

Need to express on booking if you hsve trouble with stairs there is a lift at the front door steps. And ground floor rooms i think.

Quiet location near historic and modern centers, helpful staff and good service, tasty breakfast, fun concept and retro decor. A good value for a solid, basic choice.

It is true that the place could use some updating, particularly in the bathroom where humidity and mildew have been allowed to stagnate. There was a large window in my room and I was ok for a few days since I could air it out well. If the smell of mildew really bothers you this is not the place to stay.

Lovely staff; the location is quite convenient and close to the main shopping centre. The breakfast is fresh and the internet connection is good. P.S. I had to leave earlier because I wanted to visit Lisbon but would definitely come back one day.

Difficulty to contact reception (the girl in the afternoon shift was somewhere in the back of the building and did not answer the phone). I had to go down personally to look for her Hot water took a lot to reach the shower

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was plenty, and my room was meticulously cleaned every day. --- It worked for me very well. Obrigado.

I have no complaints, frankly. It was perfect for what I needed.

The room I was given has a serious issue with water damage. The floor boarDs were warped and were significantly protruding to be a safety or trip hazard

Excellent breakfast. Good city centre location. 24 hour reception with pleasant and helpful staff. Very quiet location - no traffic noise etc. Lots of hot water.

Basic but satisfactory accommodation.

The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed. A peaceful, quiet property on a quiet side street, a short walk from the W shopping mall in downtown Santarem. Pleasant front desk staff.

I stayed two nights here on my pilgrimage from Lisbon to Santiago, as I needed a day of rest. This hotel was a good place for that. It's very quiet, it's close to the W shopping mall where I could get food and the things I needed to fix my feet. The room was a bit ... strange, but only in a good way. Unusual shape, and unusual decor. But all new and nice, still.

It can be a bit difficult to find the hotel unless you have a good map. It's "hidden" in one of a few streets between a hospital and a highway, and there's only one way in. It's not in the old town or near the park of Jardim das Portas do Sol, so there's a walk to get to that area.

The location was good and it was much better than I looked in the photos. The receptionist lady was very kind and warmly greeted me.
