A room with a view. Well equipped and tastefully decorated with a nicely equipped bathroom. I enjoyed staying here. Breakfast served on another floor was self serve and once I had gotten the hang of the coffee machine was an enjoyable experience. I enjoyed my stay here.

This is not really a minus but you have just to get your head around that this hotel is located on different levels of a multi storey block. But I enjoyed the view from my balcony on level 7? And my breakfast on level 3. No issues really.

Old hotel with old equipment but everything was working and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Good quality towels. Soundproofing was good. Free parking in the hotel basement. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not pay extra for our child sharing a room with us.

The breakfast was very basic, which was fine however a variety of rather more fresh fruit would have been nice instead of tinned fruit.

The location is superb! The view from the room is amazing, it’s the very centre of the city. The stuff was extremely helpful. The breakfast is rich in choice.

Although we generally enjoyed our stay and would still recommend this place, some things need changing and quickly: 1) the bath tub is dangerous. It is painted with some kind of paint which makes it very slippery. I almost fell. 2) the room we stayed in needs a new carpet or the old one to be thoroughly washed. Huge coffee stains. 3) Same with the curtains, there are holes in them 4) there was some sort of a cockroach in a bath room.

For a couple walking the Camino Portuguese the property is right on the Camino. Restaurants are nearby if one wishes to eat out. a grocery store is a 2 minute walk if one wishes to buy food. The internet works great and the shower is hot. The breakfast is very good with is selection. Coffee good too. Good value.

It is not related to the hotel but to the city. If you need a taxi or Uber you have to ask some time early or you will not have it.

A little cramped in reception area, no space for guests to wait for check in or check out.

Breakfast didn't well well. They told us that their breakfast works by appointment and we scheduled it for 9 am the day before. Arrived there on time just to find no tables available. For a person that does not drink coffee, there weren't available common options.

The property was conveniently located and though it was in the city, we had no problem without outside noise. Our room had a nice balcony and our bathroom had a bathtub.

The elevators were quite old.

The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to be helpful. The location is right on the Camino, excellent for pilgrims. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby.

The breakfast was amazing. It was served a little late, but since we were one of the first to show up we got a table. The view from our room was an added bonus.
