The staff were excellent, very helpful both before and during our booking. Our room had a very comfortable, huge bed, good shower over the bath. There was a very nice, private terrace with a table, chairs and sunbeds. Sadly the weather was so bad, we couldn't use it! The room had a kettle and a fridge, which were much appreciated. The spa was great. I was able to arrange a much needed massage at late notice after a long day's walk. The massage was very good. Breakfast was good, but the breakfast room was a bit of a rugby scrum! The hotel is close to the centre of Ancora, close to restaurants and shops.

We booked this hotel for our Camino. Straight away as we stepped in the hotel we felt that it was a special place. The receptionist was very welcoming. Our room was extremely comfortable and we appreciated the balcony where we could easily dry our clothes. We appreciated that the receptionist offered to get the sauna ready for us which was a lovely treat after a long day of walking. We even had dinner at the hotel and the bar tender was extremely nice and accommodating. Breakfast was also very nice and there was good selection of options

Great breakfast buffet, especially if you’re doing the Camino you can have a great breakfast before walking. Very helpful staff. Appreciated the fact the lady that checked us in could see how tired we were and actually took our luggage up to our rooms. Hotel was very busy and fully booked. There’s a pool and sauna so great place to stay after doing the walk. It’s also close to the track so the following day when you need to continue the walk it’s very easy. It’s also right next to a grocery store so again handy to buy water.

Breakfast was very good, very comprehensive choice of cold and hot food, including fresh fruits and dry fruit, nuts. Great choice of bread and sweets, cereals and milk and no dairy milk. Friendly staff. No waiting to access the breakfast room. The hotel is close to the beach and they provided parking very close to the hotel. The hotel is a nice stone building in a corner. The swimming pool on the ground floor was nicer than expected. We didn't know that there was a spa, we didn't use it because we didn't have time.

The room was nicely decorated and of reasonable size but noisy because the hotel is on a main road. We closed the windows but we don't like to use air-conditioning.

We spent two nights here while on the Camino. It is in a beautiful beach front location within walking distance of some good restaurants and bars. The rooms were a good size and we had our own private patio to enjoy the sunshine. The hotel has a pool and a good bar area to enjoy drinks and snacks. The breakfast was good .

Super staff, friendly and helpful. The position of the hotel is excellent, with safe car parking close by. Good room with a balcony , especially as we had a dog with us.

We were expecting then restaurant to be open in the evening , however perhaps it was the time of year as it was closed for dinners.

Very comfortable and quiet room with all the facilities we needed. All the staff were amazing, including the breakfast team who were very patient with us late breakfast goers! I will definitely be returning if the hotel has availability next year.

All very good. I am very happy to recommend the hotel as it was very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I have had between Porto and Vigo! !!!

Finding it. Perhaps put a sign up from the beach. And a better sign outside the hotel. Bear in mind walkers can go up one way down streets. In the rain Google takes pedestrians right down to the end to cross the railway when there were shorter routes. Locals didn't seem to know where it is. Not the hotels fault but better signage could help?

All the staff were very accommodating; the breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff were superb. You can use the outdoor swimming pool and the saunas for free. Our room had a terrace with launchers to sunbathe and it was very quiet.
