very clean and good location. espresso machine and capsules.

ordered with balcony hoping for view and got a view of the parking. no complementary water bottles (should have imo with a 500$ per night). expensive parking.

location for beach and Santa Monica. exceptionally clean. hotel and the facilities that were available were good. eg secure luggage location.

had to use neighbouring hotels/facilities due to the hotel size. valet parking was available but we found this to be quite expensive. don’t know if that’s the normal rate for US but seemed expensive to oversees guests. we heard some children in the early hours of the morning in the adjacent room which wasn’t every night but noise external to the room could be heard at times. I would’ve expected breakfast to have been included in the price.

Good view from our ocean side room and in particular the one we had as we couldn’t easily see the large carpark next to the pier. The room was also perfectly nice and with a large bed. Staff were very friendly.

It was fine but feels overpriced and with added charges for everything. For me, when you spend over £300 per night, extras should be included. The area is good but also quite down and out in some ways and the freeway between the road where the hotel is and beach was a surprise. But you just need to walk a bit further down to avoid it and reach the beach via normal roads and a path.

Beautiful and airy and relaxed vibe. When you enter the hotel the lobby smells wonderful and everything feels fresh and clean. The staff is wonderful and welcoming — every single interaction during our stay the staff went over and above to make our stay the best, down to the smallest detail. the room was also fresh and clean and airy, everything felt spotless and carefully tended to. the beds were amazing and the pillows luxurious. And the location is fabulous — right across from the beach and two blocks from the pier. Surrounded by restaurants and bars and yet the room was nice and quiet. The hotel provides free bike rental — DO IT. So much fun biking down to Venice. It also provides passes to a gym up the street so that’s a big plus. Really a fantastic stay all around.

Leaving. That was hard.

The location was absolutely wonderful. Everything that you needed was in walking distance. All of the staff was wonderdul, but Joy stood out the most for me. She was very informative and she made all the reservations for our tour. But the location and convenience made the cost of this hotel well worth it. I would definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have a small breakfast bar. But that wasn't a deal breaker since they offer two variations of discounts elsewhere.

The location is amazing. So close to pier. Also right next to crossway pass bridge. The hotel has the best ! Location. The staff are really friendly. House keeping was good also. The view of the room(booked ocean view) was amazing.

Daily rate of parking for hotel customers are so expensive. You can find parking lot 20$/day(acc.to date) however the hotel was 54$

Great location and great room. We were welcomed with complimentary soft drinks and snacks and a personalised welcome card such a nice touch.

We like to sit on the balcony and have a lazy morning with ‘normal coffee’ but you only get a couple of nespresso pods which make very small coffees. No bar at the hotel to relax and unwind and a lot of bars and restaurants in and around the are shut early.

I initially booked the wrong room being a King room only and the person checking me in was able to secure a room with 2 beds the next night. So professional. Also the ability to store so much luggage before check in and after check out. Location is phenomenal and the staff were super happy to help. Joy and Alex when we checked out managed 10 of our bags and then at about 7pm a guy whose name I forgot to check helped get the luggage. And was super helpful in us loading our Uber up.

No bath in the rooms, only a shower. Plus free wifi was only 5mb which was used up instantly reloading a news page.

- Noisy street - Shower (water pressure and lack of hand-held shower head) - 48 USD + tax valet fee daily (they can easily offer hotel guests 25 USD daily parking without valet service for example - if they wanted to) buy I still used the service anyway because we were with our little kid with stroller for 8 days. - We stayed for 8 days but although we had ordered it in the morning, our room was not cleaned for 2 days so we had to reschedule it. I know that it is not intentional but to be honest I've seen much better hotels in this sense (also seen much worse ones too) - Lack of complimentary water (many hotels do that, at least 2 bottles daily) - Don't trust on the availability of balconies if you are a smoker because it is a completely non-smoking hotel.
