I travel across small town midwest for oil field work and have stayed at a variety of chain and private small town hotels. That being said, I know what one can expect from aforementioned properties. The Oakley Sleep Inn is a touch above average. Both hot tub and pool were open and clean. Wifi signal was strong and easily accessed. Ample parking and space for dog walking. Pet fee is very reasonable.

The breakfast is/was average. I feel the "breakfast" is one area where any chain hotel can do a little more to set themself apart from others.

We liked almost everything.

I needed to do a load of laundry and the dryer was out of order, otherwise this would have received a perfect score. I had to drive into town to find a laundry, whuch is not what I wanted to do after driving 600 miles.

I was so blessed with this staff. they treated me with absolute care. I went to the ER and they provided me with everything I needed. I don’t know what I would’ve done without this amazing staff. On top of that, the location has everything you need around it. The hotel was so nice & comfortable. Especially for the price.

It was a nice room with comfortable beds and pillows. Appreciated having ample towels and being brightly lit over the bathroom sink.

Breakfast needed a few more hot items and another fruit selection. Bananas were a bit too green. The hair dryer in our room was ruined. When we tried using it, it smelled like it was fried and made noise. Front desk staff weren't that friendly - little eye contact, no smiles, or welcomes.

we stayed at this hotel on our way west, so when we returned home through this area, we decided to stay here again because it was a great place. Staff recommended a great place for dinner.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast. Nice facility.

Kids running in the hall, no fault of the property itself. Dogs in the rooms, again, more guest issue than property but a pet friendly policy allows it. You charge extra for pets to compensate for room wear but that doesn’t help a guest that gets the bejeebers scared out if them when a big rotweiler type barks as they are merely walking down the hall. Review is aimed at owners if kids and pets. Most all facilities are overpriced, this is no exception.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was so very nice and the breakfast was awesome.

The only thing I didn't like is that I forgot a swimsuit so I could get in the hot tub :)

The king sized bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Very nice staff.

I was so busy I didn't have time to enjoy the pool, the hottub or the gym... Hopefully next time.

It was right off the highway and lots of grass for the dog. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.

It is Kansas so there was a strong smell of manure outside.

The staff was very polite and courteous. The room was very clean and I felt safe and comfortable with my two children. The breakfast was great. Food options were great and everything was fresh and convenient. Strongly recommend this hotel!
