room was clean, liked having coffee in the lobby, breakfast had a decent selection for the price of the room, the bed was cofortable, it was quiet and the location was perfect for our needs.

You could tell that the room we were in used to be a smoking room, but not a huge issue for me and something I could fix myself. The Ice was only avaiable on the first floor, which was again not a huge issue for me but it might be for someone with mobility issues.

Room was clean, Bed was comfortable, washroom was sufficient, good location to the highway as we were passing through on a road trip. Breakfast was decent, had pancakes, muffins, cereal, milk, hardboiled eggs, bagels, cream cheese, jam, toast, fruit, juice and coffee/tea. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Nothing, it was great.

Quiet and clean; nice towels and bedding; room was spotless; shower was excellent with a good shower head and lots of hot water; good location. I appreciated the coffee maker, the microwave and the refrigerator. All a plus. The elevator worked with out a problem. The manager greeted me as I departed and insisted I take along a fruit cup that had not been included in my breakfast “To-Go”

It’s a shame about all of the Covid restrictions. Especially about a nice, warm breakfast. Not so much the pool, for me. I had to reserve a breakfast the night before so not sure why that mattered. I didn’t see another guest the entire time I was there. I also did not know I was going to be charged a $40 refundable deposit, but I understand how that can matter. The women working the evenings I was there were helpful, polite and somewhat friendly. The Manager was super-friendly.

I loved that the staff was so helpful especially Deon at the front desk. I truly feel that she made ask the difference for our stay.

The only thing we didn't like is that the phone didn't work in the room.

They did not have the breakfast as advertised, but they did offer a to go breakfast you had a choice of five items, you could choose all five item if you wish,

one great thing they had excellent coffee tea and chocolate all day.

The facilities where clean, it is smoke free, the location and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The pool was out of service

Because of Covid, they gave complimentary breakfast all packed and ready in a bag. You can go pick it up in the reception desk. Staff was very nice and willing to help. I would recommend this stay for a quick trip, but not for special occasions.

Just the style was a little out dated. But obviously could have chosen a different stay if it was such a problem. It was very simple, something I don't mind. If you are looking for just somewhere to sleep while in Columbia, I recommend this place.

Big rooms nice and clean morning staff was great

I wanted a pool since I had toddler with me. I seen it on the website said pool is open and when we got there pool wasn't even filled not enough sugar or creamer in room for coffee for 3 adults

The location

When I flashed the toilet it makes a loud noise, and the draws was broken I couldn't put my clothes in it, but it was nice

The staff was very nice and the room was adequate. Our shower only worked and the bathtub would not fill up.

We did not like the fact that our breakfast was only take out, that the pool and the fitness room was not open. The reason given was that it was due to Covid. Every other hotel that we stayed in on our trip had their pools and fitness rooms open.
