Room was a good size and well equipped. The staff was pleasant. This location has active remodeling underway but worked had stopped for the day when we checked in and did not start before we had checked out. The remodeling had no negative impact on our overnight stay. We would stay here again

The hotel adds non-refundable Charges for dogs. In all my years of travel i have encountered more trouble from unruly children than any dogs traveling with their owners. We have 2 kids both adults now but we enjoyed traveling as a family with our dog(s) for years. I find these added fees for dogs to be nothing more than a cash grab from folks that enjoy and or need to travel with their pets. If a hotel has experienced damage i would support holding those travelers accountable. There was no notice on booking.com that there would be a fee. We purposely searched for "no fee" pet friendly places to stay.

There was renovation work being done, and my room was one that was completed. The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. I left very early in the morning, as I always do when traveling, so cannot comment on the breakfast.

Well, the elevator was interesting. My room was on the third floor, but I could not go from 1st to 3rd without having to stop at the 2nd floor. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

Peace and quiet, great breakfast, the pool was nice.

The elevator did not work from the time we got there. We were on the 3rd floor, and you had to hit 2 and 3 the 2nd night they shut it down. Was it an inconvenience, yes, but nothing that bad! Won't keep us from staying there again. When we go home, that's where we stay.

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Everyone at the front desk, the maintenance man and the breakfast lady.

It was very nice, clean and convenient. Our room was quite comfortable, and breakfast was good. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Ohio.

Nothing. Everything was great. We needed a comfortable room close to the highway, and with restaurants nearby. We could not have found a better location to meet our traveling needs.

The breakfast was very good and was complete and set up well every morning.

The facility had some problems such as the roof was leaking in the hallway on the third floor. But it was being addressed. The place was under renovation so that’s to be expected.

I appreciated that the hotel happily honored our request for special accommodations. We were traveling mid-move, with pets, and the staff gave us the most convenient room possible. We appreciated not having to worry about that portion of a very stressful, cross-country, move.

Everything even though there was construction going on. All of the staff from the desk, breakfast and housekeeping were cheerful and helpful. As we were loading our car to leave, one of the housekeeping staff on her break wished us farewell.

Could have had easier access to electrical outlets.

There was only one staff member doing breakfast and the front desk. She was so sweet and calm, but definitely needed another hand helping her. She was running between helping people and restocking food, so many breakfast items were unavailable, at no fault to her.

Everyone was very pleasant and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean.
