Very clean rooms, good location and Starbucks nearby. Decent breakfast from 6 to 10 am. Friendly staff. Would pick the hotel to stay again for my Vegas trips

High static electricity in the building, especially near elevators. every time there was an electric shock when we called the elevator and opened the door of the room

When you travel with family, having a kitchenette with a big fridge is a big plus, so I love this hotel for that. Breakfast is great, and customer service is excellent. Definitely would recommend this hotel to others.

When we're there, the pool filter was broken, they sent us to the hotel next door to go swimming. My son and I had to walk under the heat for a little bit to get there. It was just a little bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything is great

Great location near restaurants and shopping. Loved the kitchenette. Excellent breakfast. Very nice front desk, appreciated the smiles. Wonderful views from the 4th Floor with the Vegas strip in the distance.

Our room temp when we got there was 84. It took hours for the room to get comfortable. Requested a room next to or near the elevator for walking/mobility issues but got a room at the VERY END of a long hallway.

Our room was clean, fresh smelling, spacious, and perfect for what we needed. Plenty of storage for our things. Air conditioning worked great!! Loved the larger fridge for our perishables and beverages and was equipped with dinnerware, silverware, even pots and pans, etc. The other areas of the hotel were well kept, clean, breakfast area was well tended too. Very nice property!

Not too much we didn’t like other then, a needing soap in the shower area and kitchen area for hand washing.

Breakfast was amazing!! Each day was a different selection of food. Best hotel breakfast by far!! Location is good, right in a developing area with shopping, gas and eateries so close (5 mins or less). Will definitely be staying here again.

Parking was a bit limited as the lot is shared with another hotel and other businesses. Had to park in adjacent lot and walk over a time or two.

staff was very professional. hotel was extremely clean. location is ideally located to visit the entire area which was our purpose-to look for a new home. room was very comfortable and extremely easy to live in for 10 days. i highly recommend this Residence Inn in Las Vegas South. best hotel ever.

It was in a great location, clean, and very secure. Complementary breakfast was a plus!

The sink in the bathroom took a long time to drain. Had to stand and wait for the water to go out before continuing to brush teeth or wash hands.

Cleanliness of the hotel and room. Front desk clerks were friendly with great service.

The air conditioning fan was loud at times. Couldn’t adjust the fan when we wanted the room warmer.

Close proximity to airport but out of all the Vegas noise. hot breakfast nice with lots of options. Size of studio perfect, very clean, plenty of comfortable desk space as well as couch to meet with clients.

convenient, easy stay at a safe space, good location in henderson. Spacious room w/ all the amenities. Really nice ramen restaurant nearby.

Just some bad luck w/ the toilet flush, maintenance fixed it immediately and was very friendly, but it broke again in the night.
