good breakfast but I am lactose intolerant and would like more of those options or omelets without milk and oatmeal made without milk or lactose free milk. Check in took awhile as there were a lot of people checking in at the same time. Staff were pleasant.

We were sent an email about upgrades and we asked for an earlier check in time and an upgraded room ( we are Hilton Honors members) We received neither upgrade and at check in , we were given no options. We had friends that did check in earlier and they stated, the staff person gave them a lot of options (i.e. near elevator or not, higher or lower level rooms, view, etc)

This place was amazing from the time we walked through the doors! I was not expecting free snacks and drinks in the evening. When checked in the kindest lady at the desk helping us asked if our kids wanted to pick a toy from the toy chest. She explained everything to us very well. It was a great stay. We will come back there again.

The only thing I can think of is the carpet was ripped up pretty good in the middle of our room. Also the plumbing made a lot of noise when we or the room next to us turned there showers on or flushed the toilets. Other than that it was great!

We absolutely LOVED how attentive, helpful, and welcoming the staff were . The breakfast is top tier ! Great location, pretty quiet . The complimentary happy hour was such a vibe. Loved the atmosphere!

There isn’t a spa as advertised. The WiFi didn’t work on the upper floors that myself & friends were staying on. You also are charged nightly for parking, regardless if you have a car parked in the parking lot or not.

Very easy to access. Beautiful property. Excellent breakfast!

Check in was 4:00. My room wasn’t ready till after 8:30 p.m. We arrived a little after 5:00 and was forced to wait due to staff shortage. Front desk offered $20 food voucher.

The breakfast was good the room was clean I would definitely stay there again. In the middle of the night there's no staff at front desk.

I do not like that there was no staff at the front desk in the middle of the night around like 1:00 2:00 in the morning I just need some extra towels and I called front desk didn't answer.. because other hotels I ever stayed out there's always front desk 24/7 7 days a week... Also I was charged $214 when on booking.com instead of $191 plus a $75 fee for the dog so they took out another 84 for the pet fee a little confused..

Staff was amazing. Great service. Wonderful people. The staff made this hotel an A+++. Justice was so sweet. I was very impressed with every staff member I encountered.

This hotel just needs a bit of a refresh. Decor in rooms is a little dated and smart TVs would be awesome. But, we really enjoyed our stay because of the staff and service. Would absolutely stay here again.

The breakfast quality needs a little help but overall the hotel was great

The way the Buffay is set up, needs to be improved on the sausages were not very good. the bacon was fine difficult to get to, and you only had one person on at the omelette station in a line that was almost to the front desk

Breakfast exceeded expectations. Very few hotels or motels are providing that kind of complimentary breakfast at this time with virus issues. The staff were excellent in assisting me to get my reservation corrected due to a mistake made by my office in scheduling the trip dates. It was a very busy week and they were able to handle me in reservations. Made my stay that much better!!

The only think that could have been better was that luggage carts were unavailable for checkout day. Apparently guests had hoarded them in their rooms or something of that nature, so getting luggage and equipment down to lobby took several trips. Either guests should be charged for doing that or need a few more carts. Overall, this was a minor issue.

loved the location and breakfast. the bed could have been more comfortable but overall the hotel was nice and clean and we enjoyed staying there . we come to Murfreesboro a lot with soccer and would consider staying here again!

Time for your company to refurbish to refurnish bed bedrooms, everything bathroom, carpet, cleaning, carpeting, cleaning, curtains, bedding, and sofa beds. The sofa beds are too worn mattresses are lumpy.

Breakfast breakfast was great but you need to put grits on your menu
