Front desk phenomenal they are awesome . The manager and maintenance guy went above and beyond to fix the internet problem. I did not have internet in my room the manager and maintenance guy try to fix the issue in multiple ways when that didn’t work they checked empty rooms for internet issues they found a room with internet switch me rooms . actually the room with the internet was bigger (I love) I definitely recommend this place I am coming back in May definitely coming back to this hotel , breakfast excellent free parking great for your money worth

I left early on the 23rd I paid for the 23rd and 24th did not get refund for the 24th even tho I left at noon on the 23rd they kept a whole day when I left to go back home for a family emergency their excuse i book it as a package I think it’s a rip off beware do not book multiple days at once and have to leave early forget getting a refund

Staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. Very close to eateries, etc. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Upon check-in, I had asked about parking with our cargo trailer. I was asked to park at the far end of the parking lot in a grassy area. I just parked at the end of the parking lot on the hardball because I didn't want to get our van stuck. One of our rooms, the AC was loud all night. The other was loud upon start up.

Everything was exceptional. The location was quiet and safe and at the end of a tree-liined lane that looked like shops. It was Christmas time and all the lights in all the trees made it feel magical. I did not go walking the lane, but it was enticing. Plenty of eating options nearby, of various ethnic and American cuisine. The hotel lobby was enormous, welcoming, and a social area for some residents. The breakfast area was very large, and the breakfast selection was memorable. 2 kinds of waffle batter, an oatmeal area that was not instant oatmeal and included an array of toppings from pecans to chocolate chips, hot entres were egg whites omelets, sausage, red potatoes, also dry cereal, breads, juices, fruit, yogurt - all tended to by lovely ladies. Our room was large, clean, and quiet. All so very upscale and nicely appointed. I couldn't have asked for more from a hotel at this price point.

There was nothing not to like. I just wish they had more luggage trolleys - all were in use when I needed to leave.

Very noisy, my room was next to the elevator and ice machine so it was never quiet, very hard to sleep. Also, housekeeping came while I was still sleeping despite the do no disturb sign on the door, when I left, we'll before checkout, she was in the hall waiting for me to leave. Made me uncomfortable and felt as if I was being kicked out.

there were a lot of breakfast choices, and I was surprised to see bags packed for to-go breakfasts. I'm not a big breakfast eater and had the mini muffins which were good. There was a pool and exercise area but I didn't use either. All the hotel staff I met were friendly and helpful.

I mentioned this to the desk person when checking out. There was an ironing board I might have used, but it had a yellowed cover with big holes in it. Outside the entrance were benches for waiting. They looked to be primarily set up for smokers. Sitting on either bench one could really smell the used cigarettes. I chose to stand and walk around while waiting.

It was good until they removed the 2 things that I do eat: oatmeal & yogurt. Offering coffee, teas, water in the lobby was very nice.

The breakfast was really good although they ran out of hot oatmeal before I got there. The staff person said that it's not made every day though. Also I loved the grounds and walking trails.

Hah, more oatmeal! I had trouble with the way the blinds worked. Front desk person got someone to help fix the issue and then it was fine.

My husband thought the breakfast was great. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable.

No exhaust fan for bathroom. No vending machine. Would of liked to have a variety of treats to choose from. The entry light did not work in room, other lights were fine.

Breakfast served off paper plates and plastic utensils which went straight into a bin after eating ie zero recycling or re-use. Seems symptomatic of a lot of US hotels though.
