Thee location is great and the staff is friendly. The breakfast option is limited but good. The room AC did not have any remote and there was no window. Cranking up the AC will freeze you and turning it off will cut of air supply. Without remote or thermostat, you can’t control the AC which is almost on the ceiling! Rest everything was good ! Hope they fix it soon!

The location is excellent and the facilities are good. Having a warranty parking spot is priceless. Also, they clean the lobby area regularly.

There was some problems with the room. When we arrived we found an used towel in the bathroom and then we found clothes from a previous guest in a drawer. This raised a lot of question with regards to the cleanliness of the room. Also, non of the sanitizer dispensers in route to our room was working.

Andrea, supervisor, and staff members when I checked in were extremely efficient in handling so much. I enjoyed how friendly and comfortable they made me feel when I arrived. The hotel was so booked that I ended up with a handicap room. It was truly amazing! I highly recommend that someone who uses a wheelchair stay here. It was truly set up for one with a wheelchair.

Breakfast was available on this ocasión. Location is excellent and parking across the street is a plus. Personnel is very friendly, knowledgeable,courteous. Room size is appropriate. Bedding is very good. Coffee machine fro a quick coffee is good.

Their is no refrigerator in the room. I made reservation through booking on couple of stays and we’re not counted on my point systems even that I am a platinum member. Every time I try to get to your web site to make a reservation it sends me to booking. No problem if you count my points.

Everything was walking distance. Restaurants, bar, coffee shops. The beach was a 20 to 30 minute drive.

Keep in mind you’re near her a hang out spot and you’ll hear loud music cars on the weekends. The part of the facility that is not updated needs to be updated . The furniture smells a little old because of the wood.

I loved the historic ambience and decor of the place, a classic tropical colonial era structure. It is beautiful! I also liked the location, next to the Mayaguez Plaza de Colon, and near nice restaurants, bakery, and ice cream shop. Also the hotel has great coffee machine with espresso and latte available 24/7.

It has no pool.

Great place to stay, close to the plaza and places to eat. The complimentary breakfast was good too. Great coffee! I had a good experience. This is not a high end hotel, but I don't have anything negative to say. I will return :)

Since it is close to the plaza, it can get a little loud at night.

The breakfast was very satisfying but, since I am a late sleeper 😴 by the time I arrived at 9AM the buffet was out of protein and not being replaced anymore 😭 Other than that all was excellent ! I WILL RETURN THANK YOU .

I would have liked to extend my stay for more days but my bank account would not permit it 😁

Even though written material mentioned that breakfast was been offered until 10.00 AM, at 9:23 AM a member of the staff or employee.told me that it was until 9:00 AM. I returned to my room, took hold of the information card in the room and proceeded to revisit the same employee or staff and showed him the specific part where it informed guests that breakfast time was until 10:00 AM I left the matter closed but I and my wife had breakfast on January 1, 2022 on another business place. I didn't plan to initiate any clam but since you are asking me, I'm letting you know. I must also add, that my wife and I stayed on the hotel overnight 8-9 of November 2021, and amazingly there was no bread in the breakfast, as specifically informed to me by the attendant employee. There is a bread and bakery almost in front of the hotel. Please, keep this information confidential.

The room card should be replaced specifically mentioning that breakfast is served until 9 AM Also, if for any reason there is.no bread for breakfast left, just send an employee to the front bakery to buy some bread.

The location is perfect. Bakery across the street as well as the parking. Great restaurant walking distance (La Jibarita). And beaches were as close as 16 min to 30min.

Need to work on the hot water. When it was time to shower, the water was extremely cold! We only showered with hot water once.
