Clean, tasteful, and air-conditioned rooms, I was lucky enough to get a corner room with a large balcony.

Cafeteria menu breakfast with limited options, no buffet, one drink, and additional charges for some items even with the included breakfast. The cafeteria staff were excellent but I prefer a self-catered buffet with several hot/cold drinks. The breakfast detracted from the otherwise excellent hotel experience and was not something I looked forward to. Parking charges are also not included, and require manual validation at reception with every entry/exit from the garage.

The employees were extremely kind and helpful. They quickly responded to our needs. The food at "Melao" was exquisite. The hotel's location was perfect to enjoy Ponce's Historic District and visit all the restaurants, just steps away. The room was a nice size, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was modern with a rain shower.

The thing that surprised me was that the new hotel is behind the main building facing the parking. You had to use the elevator to go to the basement, walk through the pool area in order to reach the lobby. It was tiresome to walk all the way from the new area to the front. They should make a walkway from the new to the old hotel. Besides anyone could walk in because the parking entrance leads to the casino and "Lolas". The floor was tile instead of carpet, it was uncomfortable to step on a cold floor every time you get off the bed. The air conditioner had to be turned off because it was not adjustable to reach the temperature we wanted.

The room was large and clean and located right next to a “happening” plaza area of the town where people hang out, a municipal orchestra played on Sunday night, vendors were selling things at tables. The hotel restaurant is good and if you like to gamble, the casino is attached.

If you’re there on Saturday night, it’s going to be noisy. Cars driving around the square playing loud music, gamblers and partiers coming back late and talking loudly. Sunday night was much quieter.

The coffee house in the vicinity had extremely slow service. There were lines to order especially for breakfast. But the ones that were working at work were excellent Front desk did not have printed information about suggested activities, restaurants and events to visit The facility that honored Firemen history, black and red museum was closed

The manager Mari! She helped us immediately after noticing that we made a mistake in our reservation. She made our weekend GREAT. Excellent worker and manager. The property is eye attractive, clean and very well organized. The restaurant Melao is very good. Excellent breakfast. The team is very social and servicial. The location in front of Plaza Las Delicias is great!

Was clean but the elevators may need some cleaning The room we had 2 bed and the room was big .

I know is the Pueblo but at times you can hear music at 1:00am . The side walk right next to the hotel could use an upgrade I was walking and trip over the un even side walk. Got a big bruise on my arm

Great location, walking distance to nightlife, restaurants and attractions. Safe area. Free Parking. Good WiFi. Hotel restaurants were great! Staff were nice and polite.

No negative remarks. We had an excellent stay. Cathedral bells at 7AM Sunday😄was part of the experience! I did not go to the Casino, it seemed lively and popular.

The Staff was helpful, spoke English well which helped immensely. Loved the free breakfast and close proximity to activities.

My room was adjacent to the street and loud music cars speeding down was not ideal. That isn't the fault of the hotel but worth noting. When you spend 14 hours traveling and want to sleep but cannot it affects everything.

Easy to book a reservation on line. Hospitality of staff was wonderful. Our stay was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Location was convenient to dining and cocktails. I would return and stay at this hotel.
